The bidder shall upload the work done certificate for having executed ONE Similar Nature/Construction of RCC Building work of value not less than 50% of amount put to tender i.e.,Rs. 8.46 lakhs and completed satisfactorily as a prime contractor within stipulated time period in the past 5 years (i.e., 2020-21 to 2024-25). Work done certificate shall be duly signed by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent.

The annual turnover of the bidder shall not be less than the estimated annual payments under this contract i.e., Rs.16.93 lakhs per year in any TWO of the previous 5 financial years (i.e., 2020-21 to 2024-25).Turnover certificate issued by Chartered accountant shall be uploaded.

In support of this, the balance sheets and profit loss statements issued by a Chartered Accountant for the any TWO of the previous 5 financial years shall be scanned and uploaded. (i.e. 2020-21 to 2024-25) (Registered Chartered Accountant PIN must be mentioned) For the certificates, UDIN is mandatory.

availability of the credit facility issued by any Indian Nationalized Bank/Scheduled Bank (enjoying credit facility) shall not be less than 30% of the amount put to the tender. (Rs. 5.07 lakhs) The credit facility certificate after this notification date (Bankers certificate as per uploaded format) issued by any Nationalized Bank/Scheduled Indian Bank addressed to the Chief Engineer(Ele), CTAZ, BESCOM, Opp. RTO Office, Turuvanur Road, Chitradurga 577 501 shall be scanned and uploaded in original.

The bidder shall be a Registered KPWD Civil contractor of Class-IV and above. The valid License in original shall be scanned and uploaded.

The bidder shall possess valid GST registration number. The original GST Certificate shall be scanned and uploaded.

Bidders who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The bidder shall upload his tender capacity calculation in his letter head along with date and signature with Seal.
