Comprehensive repair and maintenance to various roads under jurisdiction Division South Road_II, PWD, New Delhi during 2026_27. SH_ Providing Security arrangement for Division Office, Sub Division Office - I, II, III, IV and various locations.

Carrying out day-to-day manual cleaning by sweeping, moping, scrubbing, using manpower of offices including corridors, rooms, staircases, roof, toilets, water cooler places etc. at South Road-II Division office campus and toilets. The Cleaning of above places includes cleaning of floors, skirtings, dados, dusting and cleaning of corridors, doors, window glasses, panes etc. with hessian cloth, swabs and brooms as required. The rate includes the cost of all T&P with operators, labours, uniforms and materials i.e. cleaning liquids / soaps for machines, toilets cleaning liquids, floor cleaning liquids, Glass cleaners spray, phenyl, detergent powder, phool / narial jhaddoo, hessian cloth, dusters, floor brush, finit pump, cobweb brush and commode brush etc. including the cost of sanitary cubes, hydrochloric acid, mosquito Hit / finits, Room fresheners and toilet papers which shall be provided by the contractor in regular interval complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Any sweeper if found absent on any working day the compensation @ Rs. 1000/- per person per day shall be made from the agency. Cleaning shall be completed by 9.00 AM and others as and when required up to 4.00PM on days except Sundays, Gazetted and National holidays.

Providing round the clock security guard without gun for watch & ward of Government premises and its all belongings by deploying neatly dressed security guards in 8 hour's shift including necessary T&P like torch, lathi and uniform etc. complete, as per directions of Engineer- in-charge. (One job means 8 hour's duty).
