Preparation of wood and wood based materials, new or old, of any description and girth, not otherwise specifically described and treated with creosote oil complete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new wood surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in girth, not otherwise described and painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old zinc (or galvanised) surfaces to receive painting including washing and cleaning etc and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide.

M &L for preparation of new zinc (or galvanised) surfaces to receive painting by coating with mordant solution including washing and cleaning etc and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement mortar plaster including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick Cement plaster with (1:4)cement mortar to fair faces of brick wall and finished ,even & Smooth(without using extra cement) as directed using (Using Dimapur sand)

M&L for preparation of surfaces plastered or unplastered new surface on wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper all as specified and directed.

Demolition, Cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing, cement concrete in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges & lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 18/19 mm thick block boards, grade 1 quality, exterior with decorative face veneer on both faces grade, fixed with screws to timber frame work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 2nd class HW weather boarding, clean sawn, plainl 20mm thick or reather edged 15mm to 20mm thick and fixed with 30mm laps complete all as specified and directed.
