e TENDER FOR ELECTRIFICATION WORK FOR CANTEEN AND TOILETS BLOCKS IN BUFFER PARKING YARD IN CHENNAI PORT AUTHORITY UNDER TWO COVER SYSTEM

Supply of Main switch board shall be comprising with suitable way of 1 No.63 A, TPN, MCB as incomer and 4 Nos. 32 A, DP, MCB and 10 Nos. 10A, SP,MCB as outgoing circuits with suitable copper wires/bus bars for each phase and neutral along with all other components and accessories at Ground floor Canteen as detailed in Schedule ‘A’.

Installation of above MSB as per Schedule ‘A’.

Supply of Distribution board shall be comprising with suitable way of 1 No.32 A, DP, MCB as incomer and 10 Nos. 10A, SP,MCB as outgoing circuits with suitable copper wires/bus bars for each phase and neutral along with all other components and accessories at First floor as detailed in Schedule ‘A’.

Installation of above DB of as per Schedule ‘A’.

Supply of Distribution board shall be comprising with suitable way of 1 No.32 A, DP, MCB as incomer and 5 Nos. 10A, SP,MCB as outgoing circuits with suitable copper wires/bus bars for each phase and neutral along with all other components and accessories at 3 Nos. Toilet Blocks as detailed in Schedule ‘A’.

Installation of above Toilet block DBs as per Schedule ‘A’.

Supply of 4 core 25 sq. mm L.T. underground cable of 1100V galvanized steel strip armoured XLPE cable with stranded Aluminium conductor conforming to IS. 7098 Part I with latest amendments at MSB at ground floor Canteen.

Laying of the 4 core 25 sq.mm, LT cable in clamping on the wall with G.I clamp of equal interval distance.

Supply of 4 core 16 sq. mm L.T. underground cable of 1100V galvanized steel strip armoured XLPE cable with stranded Aluminium conductor conforming to IS. 7098 Part I with latest amendments at MSB at ground floor Canteen.

Laying of the 4 core 16 sq.mm, LT cable in clamping on the wall with G.I clamp of equal interval distance.

Supply of all materials and accessories to carry out the surface/concealed conduit wiring by using suitable size of PVC with 2 runs 4 sq.mm and one run of 2.5 Sq.mm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor wires from MSB to 15A plug for ground floor canteen.

Wiring of along with all materials and accessories to carry out the surface/concealed conduit wiring by using suitable size of PVC with 2 runs 4 sq.mm and one run of 2.5 Sq.mm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor wires from MSB to 15A plug for ground floor canteen.

Supply of all materials and accessories to carry out the surface/concealed conduit wiring by using suitable size of PVC/case and capping with 2 runs 2.5 Sq.mm and one run of 1.0 Sq.mm, PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor wires for fans, light fittings etc, through connected junction/ inspection boxes along with flush type control switch along with base plates and ceiling rose including terminations wherever necessary from flush type sub switch board to individual points.

Supply of all materials and accessories to carry out the surface/concealed conduit wiring by using suitable size of PVC/case and capping with 2 runs 2.5 Sq.mm and one run of 1.0 Sq.mm, PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor wires for fans, light fittings etc, through connected junction/ inspection boxes along with flush type control switch along with base plates and ceiling rose including terminations wherever necessary from flush type sub switch board to two light points control wherever necessary.

Supply of all materials and accessories to carry out with 2 Nos.5A flush type switch and socket outlet along with base plates including its supply along with suitable box at canteen ground and first floor.

Installation of above 2 Nos. 5 A switch and socket in the suitable at ground and first floor.

Supply of all materials and accessories for 5A/15A flush type switch and socket outlet along with base plates and indication including its supply along with suitable box for canteen ground floor.

Installation of above 5 A / 15 A switch and socket at canteen ground floor.

Supply of all materials and accessories of 5Amps switch and socket outlet to be mounted in the flush type sub switch board itself including the supply of 5Amps modular switch and socket outlet with control switch and base plates and wiring to the plug for canteen ground and first floor.

Installation of above 5 A switch and socket sub switch board itself at canteen ground and first floor.

Supply of surface type tube light fitting suitable for 220V, 4 feet, 1 x 20 Watts T8 LED batten type slim tube light fitting. With white colour.at various location.

Installation of above 20 watts LED Fittings with LED Tube light at various locations.

Supply of 120 W, LED outside light fitting with suitable GI bracket around the shed with IP 66, 110 Lumens/ watt suitable GI arm for fixing the light fittings around the canteen building.

Supply of brown colour 1400 mm sweep ceiling fan, 380 rpm with wide blades with electronic regulator and all other accessories at various locations.
