Supply and Constr of Force Preservation (HSPR) RCP

SCHEDULE OF WORKS

Precast RCC HSPR boxes for force preservation (HSPR) RCP (i) 04 x Type 'A' HSPR Box are to be factory made (Wet Cast technology) RCC Box Segments of size 2m x 1m x 2m (Internal dimensions) with interlockable male and female ends. 02 x Type 'B' HSPR Box are to be factory made (Wet Cast technology) RCC Box Segments of size 2m x 2m x2m (Internal dimensions) with Gaps of dimension 2000 x 1250mm on adjecent walls. Precast box segments shall consist of high strength reinforced cement concrete duly steam cured in a controlled environment and manufactured by using high performance self-compacting concrete of M- 50 grade Cement shall be of Gr. 53 as per IS: 12269 and TMT steel reinforcement bar of Grade Fe-500D/ 550D as per IS: 1786. Detailed specification HSPR Boxes given as per Appx 'A' and store list as per Annx-I

Supply, Fabrication and fixing of 02 Nos MS Door Frames complete with MS Door shutters of size 1250mm x 2000mm made from RHS 80x40x2.5mm thick sections conforming to Fe-290 Grade E-165 (Make: SAIL/Jindal/TATA). The door shall be provided with suitable locking arrangement including handle, tower bolt, aldrop and necessary fittings complete in all respects. and also provide suitable provision/opening at top for fixing of 300mm exhaust fan with necessary supporting arrangement. all welding shall be carried out by qualified welders and steel surfaces shall be provided with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete in all respects.

Supply and Fitting of Electrical system in Force Preservation Bkr (Hume) RCP.Detailed list of electrical items is enclosed as Annx -III.

Entrance and Exit shed: Supply and construction of entrrance and exit shed comprising MS SHS columns, cantilever and purlins with PPGI sheet roofing, ridge cover and proper drainage slope provided over both entrances to prevent rainwater protection. Dimensions and geometry of the entrance shed including height span and roof projection shall be as per drawing attached and store list attached in Annx-VISupply and Construction fo Entrance shed for Stairs list of items as per Annx - IV also drawing attached

Excavation of area in any type of soil including returning filling and removing of excess soil from site complete all as specified and directed. Store list att as per Annx - V & Annx - VI.

Steel Bench Providing and fixing 02 Nos of heavy duty mild steel bench of size 12 feet x 1.5 feet inside the Hume pipe, fabricated from MS hollow section and chequered steel plate complete in all respects. All steel surfaces shall be cleaned properly and provided with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint.
