M&L for Continuous edging (kerb stone) with factory made precast concrete block of standard size and section as approved by GE in plain cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) and laying in position to required line, level and curvature including necessary excavation, embedding the blocks in ground and tamping the ground around the blocks and removal of surplus soil if any and jointing with cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L for Cutting of existing GI main tubing of size 80 mm bore for taking out branch connection of PP-R pipe of size 90 mm dia including threading on both sides and inserting one number GI equal Tee of size 80 mm x 80 mm x 80 mm and connected with PP-R pipe including jointing materials and making joint leak proof as per site requirement complete all as directed.

Taking up or down carefully steel tubing 50 mm dia (including all fittings / connections) and relaying / refixing in new or old position after throughly cleaning of pipe removing silts and seals etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing of 160 mm nominal diameter High density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) of pressure rating PN4 as per IS : 14333 : 1996 for sewage line in any length, laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Blanking plate for MCB DBs of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Epoxy Powder Coated Distribution Board, Double Door, Vertical Type VTPN MCCB DB 4 way, including 01 No MCCB, 4 pole, 16 KA, 63 Amps as incoming with common bus bar complete with necessary internal wiring and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing exhaust fan 225 mm (min) sweep MS CRCA body and metal blades with double bearing with self closing louvers, AC single phase 230 volts, including electrical connection with twisted three core PVC insulated flexible cord of size 0.75sqmm copper conductor from celing rose complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Model- Ventil Air - DS of Havells or equivalent make as per Appendix 'B'.

Supply and fixing single phase electronic temper proof static energy meter class 1.0 accuracy, 240 volt system with backlit LCD display of rating 5 to 30 amps measures and including safe high grade, transparent engineering polycarbonate casing of projection mounting type hinged box, thickness of box to be 2 mm minimum complete all as specified. Make : L&T Model WM101BC7DL0BOX or equivalent model of make list as given in Appdix "B".

Supply and fixing of 5 watt B22 base LED lamp complete all as specified and directed. Make : Havells Cat Part No LHLDERUEMD8X005 or equivalent model of make as given in Appx 'B'.

Supply and fixing of Energy saving LED light fitting 1 x 18 Watt, 230 volts, with decorative ultra slim round profile LED lighting fixture with extruded polycarbonate, environmental friendly & high power LED’s as light source with LED fitting system lumen efficiency 100 Lumen per watt (system efficacy) and electronic driver( >80% efficiency level & THD< 10%) , power factor shall be >0.95 complete and including all other standard accessories as per manufacture instructions ,internally pre-wired including connecting up with twin core 0.75 sq. mm copper conductor flexible wire/cable complete all as specified. Make : Havell Cat No LHEXBLP7PN1W018 or equivalent model of make list as given in Appdix "B".

Supply and fixing of Energy saving environment friendly ultra modern energy saving surface mounted decorative oval bulkhead edge-lit LED luminaire 10 Watt comprising of high brightness LEDs including electronic ballast, lamp holder, etc. including all electrical accessories and connecting up with twin core 0.75 sq. mm copper conductor flexible wire/cable complete all as specified. Make : Havells Cat No. LHEOAOP7UZ6W010 or equivalent model of make list as given in Appdix "B".

Supply , Fixing & testing of LED street light fitting (Building Security light) of 45 Watt, driver and made of pressure die-cast aluminum housing with epoxy power coated dark graphite grey colour finish and prismatic polycarbonate cover with individual lenses IP 65 & high power LED’s as light source with LED fitting system lumen efficiency not less than 100 Lumen per watt and electronic driver with efficiency > 85% with inbuilt protection against lightning, over voltage, short circuit and surge/spike protection upto 5 KV ensuring longer life (THD <10%, PF shall be > 0.95, colour temperature 5700±300 K), Life expectancy of LED's minimum 50,000 burning hrs, warranty of complete luminaries fitting shall not less than two years. The fitting shall be tested LM 79 & 80 and test certificate shall be submitted from original manufacture. The light fitting shall be fixed on pole with and including 25 mm dia (or size as per manufacturers recommendation) light grade GI pipe (bend to shape or as per manufacturers recommendation ) bracket 1.5 mtr long complete with MS flat iron clamp (clamps shall be 40 x 6 mm MS flat) nuts, bolts & washers including painting the clamps with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including connection complete all as specified and directed. Note :- For items No. 11.10 to 11.12 : Warranty of complete LED luminaries fitting shall not less than two years and Life expectancy of LED's minimum 50,000 burning hrs.

Supply and laying of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed multi-stranded copper conductor cable of size two core 2.50 sqmm 1100 volts grade passing through pipe from junction box to street light fitting, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing of transparent street light junction box of size 167 mm x 125 mm x 82 mm made of high quality polycarbonate IP-66/67 (Dust and power jet Proof according to IEC 60529) , shock proof, rust free, corrosion free acid and chemical resistant, fire retardant having high impact (IK 08) totally insulated (Class II ) made of halogen and silica free recyclable material, UV resistant having high grade gasket made of polyurethane with two nos of cable gland of size 10 sqmm, etc. with one no of MCB Single Pole 6 amps, 415 volt, 10 KA and fixing complete with 02 Nos, 25 x 3 mm thick MS clamps, nuts & bolt, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy grade) 1100 volts grade with stranded copper conductor of size 3.5 core x 70 sqmm including all required cable lugs of suitable size all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade XLPE cable for straight through joint complete with jointing kit, heat shrinkable type suitable for 70 sqmm 3.5 core XLPE cable.

M&L for lightning arresters metal oxide type, distribution class, discharge capacity 5 KA for 11 KV system confirming to IS-3070 complete all as directed.

S&F Brass chromium plated wall mixer non-telephonic shower arrangement with connecting legs and wall flanges complete with all accessories.
