Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying damp-proof Course 50 mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete (Coping)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Hand-packing stones filling in wire-crates; including cost of crates and stones.

Dumping stone including cost of stones in Horizontal on level

Providing and laying watering and compacting in layers not exceeding 200mm thick with 80-100KN roller,river bed material free from organic material mixed with coarse aggregate round nallah shingle max. aggregate size 75mm thick including carriage from source to site of work including of all leads and lift complete.

Carriage of Material by mechanical transport from source to site of work includidng loading/un-loading complete Sand / Stone aggregate below 40 mm for average distance 4.0 km

Stone aggregate Above 40 mm for average distance 4.0 km
