Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin- charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Making the opening in brick masonry including dismantling in floor or walls by cutting masonry and making good the damages to walls, flooring and jambs complete, to match existing surface i/c disposal of mulba/rubbish to the nearest municipal dumping ground, all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge.
For door/ window/ clerestory window.
Removing & refixing Aluminium door shutter with frame for smooth operation including taking out door with frame, dismembering aluminium door sections, taking out panelling, reassembling the door shutter with aluminium cleats with screws, rivets & refixing the available panelling in position with snap beading & fixing the shutter in position with necessary stainless steel hinges with rivets or pivots with necessary screws etc complete as directed by the Engineer In charge.
Of area upto 2.00 Sqm
Making opening area upto 0.25 sqm in brick masonry wall for inserting small lintels including finishing with neat cement plaster etc complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Attending repairs to the damaged truss (available departmentally) by straightening the bend in the pipe including strengthening by propviding additional flats alround of required length & locations all as directed by the Eingineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive all labour involed, transporing of machinery etc all complete.
Labour charges for Fixing the available MS grills to the openings by ensaing in cement concrete etc complete all as per the directions of Engineer in charge.
Drilling suitable holes in reinforced or plain cement concrete with power driven drill machine to a minimum depth of 100mm upto 200mm in RCC beams, lintels, columns and slabs to introduce steel bars for sunshades/balconies including fixing the steel bars in position using epoxy resin anchor grout of approved make but excluding the cost of reinforcement, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
