UPGRADATION TO ROOF TREATMENT, RCC TANK, PLINTH PROTECTION AT CIVILIAN SERVICE QTRS (MES) NOS 1 TO 20 AND PROVN OF ALUMINIUM PARTITION IN BALCONY IN BLDG NOS NILGIRI 05, 10, 14 AND ALUMINIUM WINDOW AT CASTLE 13 TO 18 UNDER GE DSSC WELLINGTON.

Taking down existing water proofing treatment of any description (Brick tile, concrete, roof kerb, rounded or chamfered on edges,etc.,) and removal rubbish off the premises, to a distance n.exc 1.50 Km complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for laying 3mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane, weighing not less than 3.6 Kg/Sqm, reinforced with non woven polyster matt black finished weighing not less than 100 gm/Sqm having softening point not less than 140 degree celsius longitudinal tensile strength not less than 300 N/Sqcm, 10cm overlap & end lap 15 cm over a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm and finishing with aluminium paint applied @ 0.10 Kg/Sqm & finished all as per manufacturer's instruction and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : The work shall be carried out by authorised applicators of manufacturer's.

M & L for cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs / terracing / walls / celing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry (1:3) using water proofing Compound including staging upto 10 mtrs height whereever necessary complete all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for providing cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, parapets, railings, cills ,string courses, apex stone, bed plates, kerbs etc., weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing 40mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof padding finished even and rough to receive top layer finish complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instruction on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for precast cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exc 10 cm in width and set in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone wall etc including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removing unserviceable debris off the premises all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instruction on fair face of stone surfaces /brick finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid seperately.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections 20 mm bore, including cleaning for re-fixing or accounted under schedule of credit complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for 20mm bore steel tubes medium grade galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing 20mm bore old steel tubing and connections in new or old position (walls, ceiling, floors, etc. ,) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, all as specified and directed.

Separating, scraping and cleaning of reinforcement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Demolition of concrete item shall be measured and paid separately.

S & F Rotational moulded polythene water storage tanks, triple layered 1000 ltrs capacity (cylinderical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Ball valves 20mm bore high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high-density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed (minimum weight 210 gms) all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for mild steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washers, etc.., complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 4923-1968 & IS-1161-1979 Grade St-240 for square or rectangular or circular tube complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated double layer steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided including removal of demolished materials upto a distance n.exc 1.50 Km outside MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra labour for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred /stopped ends etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing 50mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection/and pavings finishing cement concrete surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for chequered cement concrete tiles 300 x 300 x 25 mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigments of required colour laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls including preparation and applying two coats of weather coating external emulsion (Apex) over a coat of primer on walls all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall and applying one coat of anti fungal paint (Apex) weather coating on external wall including filling of nail holes /disturbed surface by cementious wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair face of stone surfaces /brick, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new surface with two coats of wall care putty and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion of Aian Paints or equivalent in Shalimar/Berger piants, overs priming surfaces on wall complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for Granite 18-20mm thick (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frame n.exc 1.50 Sqm each (without taking off shutters from frame), and making good of hold fast area with CM (1:3) etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F anodised aluminium powder coated frame, track (any numbers of track) for windows, doors, ventilators, 1.80mm-2.00mm thick, with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc., complete all as specified and as directed.
