Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing unserviceable material outside MoD land complete all as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including complete cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off outside MoD land area complete all as directed.

Material and labour 16-18mm thick Granite (Z- Black) (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:4), 15mm thick all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour,16-18 mm thick Granite (Z- Black)(of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) for wall lining' (Veneering to wall) 12 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including rendering of cement mortar (1:4), 10mm thick all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Colour and Size of Granite Slab shall be approved by GE).

Material and labour 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) laid in alternate bays as in floor/pathway finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as directed.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) laid in alternate as in sub base of floors/pathway/hardstanding finished even and fair to receive top finish complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in drain and surface channel complete all as specified (Forming fair finished to drain/channels shall be measured and paid for separately.)

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B 1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in walls or, retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilastewrs, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate in surface channels of drains and benching including finishing the top of benching even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30CM inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds mitred/stopped ends etc.

Material and labour for M/L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded aggregate as in blocks for hold fasts, benching, coping apex stones, bed plates and the like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating all as specified and directed. Note :- Form work required for these items included in the unit rate of this item.

Material and labour for Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x30cm x 25mm thick, with greay cement and pigment, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors and laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Precast factory made interlocking desigener tiles glazed top made in white cement and pigment. Slab thickness not less than 19 mm in different colour and pattern (compressive strength not less than 250 Kg/Sq Cm) set and jointed in neat cement slurry(colour and pattern as per sample kept in GE office as approved by GE) including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Precast cement concrete type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded aggregate) in louvers and jallies, 40 mm thick (measured solid) including all mouldings set and jointed in CM 1:4 including taking down or dismatling of old u/s item found at site allas specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls or stone walls etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surface walls, in cement mortar 1:6 , rendering is to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surface walls, in cement mortar 1:4 , rendering is to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar incl all quoins, arches pillars etc and removing unserviceable material from the work site ouside defence premises complete all as specified.

M&L for brick work with subclass 'B' bricks, old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for brick work with subclass 'B' bricks, old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 but except bricks complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth and aoolying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old painted steel surfaces of any description having width/girth exceeding 10 cm including preparation of rubbing with sand paper to make surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed. (For Scattered Iron fencing posts & Steel gates).

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls to achieve smooth and even surface and applying three coats of white washing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered/ concrete surfaces of walls to achieve smooth and even surface and applying two coats of cement based paint over and including one coat of primer complete all as specified and asdirected by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered/ concrete surfaces of walls to achieve smooth and even surface and applying two weather proof exterior emulsion paint incl a coat of primer complete all as specified and asdirected by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for two coats of oil bound distemper on new surface of walls over priming coat and making good surfaces with Birla white putty all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any discription and any Position ( ground to 4th floors) and removing the rubbish from the work site out side defence premises complete all as specified.

M&L for use and waste form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs landings and similar work, not exceeding 200mm thick (horizontal or sloping) for fair finished flat surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC M-15, nominal mix, type B-1(1:2:4), using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete as in cover slabs (for manholes) type B1 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded aggregate and set in cm 1:4 all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT mild steel bars10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for column, hooking end and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia., cut to length, bent to shape required, incl cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and incl mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia or securing with clips,

Ditto all as per item No 36.00 above but 5 to 10mm dia as in stirrups & links etc.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section,Posts embedded in Concrete, brick work, masonry, etc. including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground.

M&L for MS work such as angle iron fencing posts struts and flat iron fillets etc, including drilling hole punching,splitting ends to secure chain link fencing or fixing of barbed wire to posts including all necessary cutting, welding bolting or riveting etc complete all as specified and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165.

Supply and fixing, Mild steel round Bars Fe 290 Gde E-165.

M&L for mild steel screw bolts machine made with hexagonal or square heads at one hand and screwed the other, ot screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers n.exc 5 cm long and 5 to 10 mm dia.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing of size 50mm x 50 mm cold dip complete all as specified.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, angle iron frame and flat iron, rails, straining bolts, etc. complete all as specified. Note:- Angle iron, flat iron & nuts and bolts shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F in repair Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured).

Ditto all as per item No 44 but tightening old barbed wire & restraining resecuring incl making good staples etc. complete all as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild work of any description.

S&F for mild steel framed work as in door or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, Doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete and similar work conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality -A complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F for ready made cast iron decorative crowns welded at top of each vertical box section.

S&F for framed work such as grills grating etc with ends of bars shouldered and riveted or forged into spikes framed balusters, walkways, railings frame work of water tank and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165.

M&L 1.25 mm thick mild steel plain black sheet covering door shutters / gates welded /riveted including bending turning up stopped ends outlet etc.

Repair by welding n. exc 2.5 cm but n.exc 5 cm in length, thickness of metal to be welded exc 6 mm but n.exc. 9 mm to steel gates.

Repair to steel Gates (including slot pin, Pintol hinge,Ball bearing,hook and eye of standard quality where required, resecuring of MS plates/sheets & Guard bars /grills by using welding equipments complete all as directed

M&L for use and waste form work to Formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions for fair finished Square, rectangular or polygonal surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) Type B-1,1:2:4 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete.

M&L for use and waste Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter for rouh finished flat surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Grubbing up vegetation, small trees from roots, surface dressing n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out clean adjacent to plinth protection of building for free flow to rainwater, all as specified and directed.

Grubbing up vegetation, small trees from roots, clean the loose dirt with water and repair the same portion with CM 1:3, touchup with same finish, area not exc. 0.10 Sqm each adjacent to CI pipe upto 4th storey building with necessary scaffolding/ladder, all as specified and directed.

Taking down CI/PVC pipes 75 mm dia incl all fittings like bend, branch pieces, connectors, heel rest bend etc all as specified and directed.

S&F UPVC (SWR) Type-B pipes single socketed, 75mm dia, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified. Make:- Astral, Supreme, Finolex.
