M&L for taking down loose and damaged concrete cement plaster from soffit of ceiling floor/slab, vertical surfaces of column beams,slab etc including exposing and removing rust from reinforcement by rubbing with wire brush and plenty of water so as to remove the loose particles,dust,laitance etc. and removal of debris to a distance n.exc 50m and deposited where directed all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying one layer of concrete 40mm thick comprises composition 50 Kg cement ,3 to 6mm chips 100 Kg, sand 50 Kg mixed with spray set SL 3 to 2.5 by weight of cement and 12.5 to 16.5 litres of water mixed with admixture including bonding agent and applying rust remover and gunitting with pressure nozzle with a delivery capacity of 2.5 Kg/Sqm all as specified and as directed.

Supply only welded steel wire fabric weight n exc 4 kg per sqm all as specified and as directed.

M&L for CRS TMT steel bars 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required and welded to existing reinforcement of any description and any position of RCC structure after binding with mild steel wire annealed n less than 0.9 mm dia as an additional bar complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for CRS TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing 10mm thick Ready mix plaster finished to even & smooth without using extra cement over gunniting surface all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing ready mix plaster 5mm thick on ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement over gunniting surface all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling/taking out existing hessain base felt or any other existing water proofing treatment from roof including cement plaster and exposing the top surface or RCC slab including removing the dismantled debris to a distance exc 200m & n exc 250m all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of surface with wire brush and remove loose particle & laitance, wash with clean water, damaged or hollow portion, sharp edges etc. must be cut and removed till the mother slab, filling the crack upto 2mm wide with approved make maintaining a suitable slope for water drainage and reinstate damaged portion with polymer modified mortar as recommended and allow it to cure for 24 hrs. Brush apply the 1st Priming coat on prepared concrete/plastered surface and allow to dry for 04 (four) hours. Apply the first coat of waterproofing coating over the primed surface. On the wet surface of 1st coat overlay a open-woven fibre glass mesh, min 40 GSM of size 2mm x 2mm and allow it to soak completely. Immediately apply the second coat with a roller, to ensure complete coverage of the fibre mesh. Apply the third coat after 6 to 8 hrs once the second coat is dry. Drying time between coats will be 6 to 8 hours all as directed and as per manufacturers instructions.

Note: Crack filler, priming coat and water proofing coat used shall be of same Make/Manufacturer.The quoted rate deemed to be inclusive of crack filling,minor repair required for making the surface smooth,repair mortar for damaged portion. Application to be done through authorized applicator of the manufacturers only.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls including racking out joint, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water et complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick READY MIX PLASTER of approved make on external wall surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10mm thick READY MIX PLASTER of approved make on internal wall surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for injecting low viscosity MONOPOL (3-5cps) high molecular weight monomer MONOPOL of approved make as specified by pressure and using mechanized injector gun with accessories till nozzles refuses to accept the grout, Including mixing of materials, mixing of material components (Part a & b) in the required quantities as per manufacturer's instruction by weigh batching, grouting (fill the grouting gun with concrete penetrating corrosion inhibitor of approved make to maintain the pressure at exit (2 to 3 kg/cm2) by monitoring pressure guage at exit, grouting the material through prefixed nozzles in the structural elements @ 100ml per nozzle, repeat the process for all the nozzles all as specified and as directed.

M&L for injecting at site, cement slurry grout, in the ratio 1:2 (1-Cement, 2-Water) including super plasticizer (Supercom-100) as specified 250 ml/50 Kgs bag. Mixing shall be done by mechanical mixer continuously stirring mechanically to keep cement particles in suspension. Injection of approved/specified grout by means of pump at a pressure of 0.5 Kg/sqcm etc. complete till the grout mix flows out from the nozzle indicating complete filling of grout in the holes drilled all as specified and as directed.

M & L for anticorrosive treatment by using approved make as specified to reinforcement by application of two coats on exposed reinforcement in two coats with time interval of minimum 4 (four) hour between each coat. The application shall be by brush all as specified and as directed. Note:- Exposed treated surfaces of reinforcement shall be measured.
