Providing 30 nos FHTC'S with 630 m Distribution Pipeline work at New colony Annanagar Area in Kanthalavadi Panchayat

Earth work excavation in all types of strata for laying of pipes with the standard trench width as per Bd .Circular No. 28/ AE10/ P&D/ 2001/ dt. 01.10.2001 and JCE (P&D)/ Lr.No. LM/ AE10/ P & D/ 2001/ dt.22.11.2001

Supply of unplasticised PVC rigid pipes as per BIS 4985/2000 with ISI Marking to site of works a. 63 mm OD PVC Pipe 4 KSC

Conveying the PVC Pipes and specials to trench lowering into the trenches, laying to proper grade and alignment, Jointing with PVC coupler and specials fixing with Solvent cement paste and testing to the required pressure as per IS including conveyance etc

Refilling with excavated soil complying with standard specification in layers of 15 cm thick well rammed and consolidated after pipes and specials are laid and tested.

Supply of PVC specials as per BIS 10124/1988 Part 1 to 13 &BIS 7834/1975 with ISI Marks to site of works 63mm PVC Bend

Supply of PVC specials as per BIS 10124/1988 Part 1 to 13 &BIS 7834/1975 with ISI Marks to site of works 63mm PVC End cap

Provision for FHTC's with 20mm PVC Pipe 6.00 m length, Brass Ferrule 20 mm, 20 mm Sadddle,20 mm Flow Control Valve,15 mm Brass Tap fixing in RCC Post of size 0.20 m x 0.10 m and 1.20 m height with CC 1:2:4 Platform of size 0.35 m x 0.45 m x 0.10 m with necessesary Fittings etc complete .

Provision for FHTC's with 20mm PVC Pipe 6.00 m length, Brass Ferrule 20 mm, 20 mm Sadddle20 mm Flow Control Valve ,15 mm Brass Tap with necessesary Fittings etc complete .( Without RCC Post )
