Demolishing brick work manually/by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge: In mud mortar

Providing and laying in position cement concrete specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering ,finishing and reinforcement. All works upto required level. 1:1.5: 3 (1 cement: 1.5 Coarse aggregate sand : 3 Graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) incld carraige of all materials involved.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and centilevers.

Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in : Cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Extra for brick work with common burnt clay bricks/cement concrete bricks in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level

CEMENT PLASTER (IN FINE SAND) 12mm Cement plaster of mix: 1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Providing Coloured Hi rib GS sheet roofing fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks bolts & nuts 8mm dia with bitumen & GI limpet washers upto( a pitch of 60 degree) excld cost of perlins, rafters & tresses 0.50mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275g/sqm

Providing and fixing plain lining tongued and grooved, including wooden plugs complete with necessary screws and priming coat on unexposed surface Second class DEODAR Wood (25 mm thick)
