Cutting in earth work and disposal of excavated earth upto a lead of 20 meters in all type of soil such as pick work, jumper work and biasting workwith and then disposing of all excavated earth with in all leads, lifts. and as directed by the Engineer-In-charge

Excavation in foundations, trenches etc., in earth work in all type of soil such as pick work, jumper work, Chiseling work including hard and soft rock, decomposed , saturated soil or conglumerate including black tipping if any & stacking the excavated soil not more 3 meters clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil 15cm layers, when required into plinths, sides of foundations etc., consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth within all leads and lifts as direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & Laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement: 3 Sand: 6 Graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30*30*5mm So as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering and propping etc., with wooden battens heights of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling upto all heights and removal of the same for insitu - reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in : - all leads and lift complete in all respect .

Foundation , footings basis of columns etc. and mass concrete.

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters buttreses, plinths and string courses and the like. Complete in all respect as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Sides and soffits of beams, beam haunchings , cantilevers, bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1 Mtr. in depth in all heights from floor .

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforced for RCC work in walls (any thickness) partition and the like, including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, and the like complete in all respect and as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Boulder filling behind R/wall etc. including carriage upto all leads and lifts complete in all respects and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work using machine made building bricks laid with forming horizontal & vertical grooves 10 mm wide 12mm deep during laying in super-structure above plinth level upto floor two level in (1039020100) 2nd class machine made bricks complete in all respect and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. in cement mortor 1:6

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundations and plinth in : cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand )

20 mm thick cement plaster in two coats on rough side of brick/stone masonry for interior plastering in cm 1:6 ( upto two floor levels including arises, internal rounded angles, Cement: 6 Sand) chamfers, and or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar (1 cement : 6 sand). Complete

Demolition of brick work above G.L. upto floor two level including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within all leads and lifts as direction of Engineer-in-Charge.( In cement motar )

Dismantelling tiled floors laid in motar up to floor two level ncluding stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within all leads and lifts as direction of Engineer-in-Charge.( wooden/ concrete joists to be measured and paid for separately .

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows, ventilators etc. (wood or steel) shutters including chowkhats, architraves, hold fasts and other attachments etc. complete and stacking them within all leads and lifts as direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys, gutters etc. stacking the serviceable materials and disposal of un-serviceable materials within all leads and lifts as direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling steel work up to span of 10 metres and height between ridge and floor level up to 5 metres in single sections including dismantling and staking the materials within 20 metres lead (Riveted work where rivets are required to be cut shall be measured and paid for separately). R.S.joists. within all leads and lifts as direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Extra over above iteam no 15 for Dismantling trusses, rafter, purlins etc. of steel work for every additional height of one metre or part thereof beyond 5 metres. within all leads and lifts as direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying heavy duty precast cement concrete inter locking paver blocks vibro compacted upto M-50 grade i/c border or kurb block grey or coloured over sub-base of concrete with 25mm thick average thickness of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) laid over and jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of blocks i/c curing rubbing & polishing complete (Sub base concrete floor to be paid for separately)- 60mm thick block

Providing and laying vitrified floors tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufactures ) laid on 20 mm thick CM 1:4 in all columns and shades size 500x500 mm. within all leads and lifts as direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

P/F Aluminium work for doors , windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions ,i,e at top , bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth , rust free straght , mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling , C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per Architectural Drawings and the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.( glazing / paneling dash fasteners to be paid for separately . within all leads and lifts as direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

For fixed portion anodised aluminium ( anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, minimum anodic coating of grdae AC 15) doors and windows within all leads and lifts as direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

For shutters of doors , windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges / piviots and making provision for fixing fixing fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required( fittings shall be paid for separately) within all leads and lifts as direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and parttions etc. with EPDM rubber /neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architctural drawings and the direction of Engineer -in- Charge. (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): with float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (Weight not less then 12.5 kg / Sqm within all leads and lifts as direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing .60 mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zink coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of 20micron over 5 micorn primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 micron over 5 micron primer coated i/c fixing with prepainted iron j or l hooks bolts and nuts 6mm dia metre with prepainted impat and rubber wasger cmpleter with all acessoriess as required within all leads and lifts as direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Structural Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work including, cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint.

Providig and fixing polycartbonatd transparent sheet 1.20 mm thick in roofing with galvanised j or l hooks bolts and nuts with G.I. limpet and bitumen rubber washer complete with all accessories as required as per direction within all leads and lifts as direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and layning Duro stone vetrified tiles (300x300 mm x 8mm ) in grey/ coloured of required shade in skirting risers of step and dados on 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3(1 cement : 3 sand ) laid over and jointed with neat cement slurry finished with flush pointig in white cement mixed with pigment of required shade to match the shade of tiles complete. within all leads and lifts as direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Wall painting (two coats ) with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufature on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade including thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign mstter and sand pap[ered smooth including applying of putty as required for making the surface.
