Excavation in Drains and channels etc. in earth work including dressing of side and bed and disposing of excavated earth upto a lead 20metres and lift upto 1.5 metres disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed.

Providing and laying in trenches galvanised mild steel tubes i/c P/F of fittings (Earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for seperately).

Providing,Laying, welding and testing of ISI marked GMS steel tube plain ended in trenches of following dia as per IS 1239-2001 including jointing the pipe with butt welding at both ends according to relevant BIS stanards/approved specifications including manufacturing reducers/tapers all short pieces and bends as per site requirements and made from parent tubes ( to be measured and paid alongwith pipes) bends shall be manufactured in such a way that not more than 11 1/4 degree deflection is caused by a single cut and internal dia is not reduced including hydraulic testing to the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge. Providing,Supplyinfg & fixing of LEADER/KSB/kIRLOSKER make of suitable size Cast Steel double flanged swing check type reflux valve 65mm dia Class ASA-300 for delivery line of pump having bye pass arrangement & size one size higher than the normal delivery size of .pump and capable of withstanding nominal seat pressur.The reflux valve shall conform to BIS 5312-1984 (part I) latest with up to date ammendments. However if the seat pressure exceeds the limits prescribed in BIS 5312 then the reflux valves shall be of cast steel conforming to class ASA-300 (seat pressure 21 Kg/cm^2) or class 300 ASA (Seat pressure 52 kg/cm^2) as per BS: 1414 (FOR Delivery side of common header)

However, if the seat pressure exceeds the limits prescribed in BIS: 780 then the sluice valves shall be of Cast steel conforming to class 300 ASA (Seat pressure 21 kg/cm^2) or class 300 ASA (Seat pressure 52 kg/cm^2) as per BS: 1414.
