Up-gradation, upkeeping and Operation of Audio-Visual (AV), HVAC, AC, mechanical, Electrical, electronics, special effects, equipments/installations, preparation of halls, back stage supports, pest control of halls and rooms, cleaning of equipments and setup of audio-visual system for indoor and outdoor programs.Supply of eight set of first Add boxes, PPE, dress of deputed manpower, tool kit with bags, instruments, equipments, stationary items like registers, markers, pen, erasers, pages required for printing, scale,dairies, cotton waste, LT insulating tapes and CRC, CTC,broom, cobweb broom, mop, bucket dustbin, soap, hand-wash liquid, tissue paper, detergents and phenyl etc. Setting, fixing, configuration and maintenance of systems as per standard requirements of Seminars, Lectures, workshops, theme meetings, national celebrations and cultural programs etc. to be conducted in RRCAt campus. Contractor shall provide three/four wheeler electric vehicle having sotarage capacity to transport the systems in RRCAT Campus. Painting the old exterior walls/roof or any other structure with two coats of Snowcryl XT acrylic emulsion/APEX Ultima over one coat primer, of approved shade including preparing the surface by removing loose dust and dirt with stiff brush and washing the surface with clean water, treating the surface with antifungal chemical wherever required, filling with putty, scaffolding and cleaning etc. complete. Supply and installation of GI strip/ bare wire of required size under ground at a depth of 600mm from FGL including excavation,black bitumin painting,backfilling and consolidation og soil. Earth Pit Chambers: Construction of earth pit chambers including 0.23 M³ PCC steel reinforced, 400x400mm cast iron cover. This includes painting and stencling on chamber and cover as per tender specifications. For detailed scope of routine works please refer 3E of Specifications of work.

Supply of MS AV troly suitable for mounting of two nos. 160 Watt outdoor speakers, amplifiers and related items of audio systems. The wheels of trolly should suitable for movement on roads. It should have inbuilt power distribution system and available with single point power input. The drawing, size and mounting details of trolly shall be approved by the deparment.

LED Focus/Spotlight luminaire suitable to form a circle of min 2m dia at stage and mounted at distance of 12-16m from stage. The illumination level of circle shall be 500 to 1000 lux and CCT will 2400 to 2900.

Note: 1. The Rate shall be inclusive of GST, other Taxes, Materials transportation and downloading at site, Installation and testing cost, comprehenshive warantee for One year and contractor's profit. 2. The stenciling work of whole installation will be done by the bidder, work done by him or other agency. 3. If AMC/maitinance of equipments taken under item no. 1 is required to be done by OEM the rates of OEM is also included in the rate of item no.1. 4. Six sets of executed drawing of installation should be submitted by the contractor at the time of completion of works. 5. The tentative list of equipments are given in list of equipments.
