Providing and fixing of Aluminium work for Doors, windows and ventilators etc with extruded built up standard tubular sections for fixed portion. Including all lead lift and carriage complete.

For shutters of Doors, windows and ventilators including providing and fixing Wings/pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings

Providing and Fixing 12mm thick Pre Laminated Particle Board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board. (conforming to IS 12823 grade I type II)in panneling fixed in alluminium door, windows shutters and particle frames. Incl. all leads, lifts and carriage complete.

Providing and fixing glazing in alluminium doors, windows, ventilaors shutters etc with EPDM rubber neoprene gasket etc complete as per archietectural drawings with floating glass panes of 40mm thickness.

Providing and fixing double action hydraulic floor spring of approved brand and manufacture. (IS 6315 marked with stainless steel cover plate minimum 1.25mm thick) including all lead lift and carriage complete.

Providing and fixing brass 100mm mortice catch and lock with 6 levers without pair of handels for alluminium doors including all lead lift and carriage complete.

P/l vetrified floor tiles in different sizes with water absorption less then 0.08% and conforming to IS 15622laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar of (1:4) mix. (600mmX600mm)

Providing and fixing of PVC Panelling for ceiling including all fittings and accessories etc complete job.

Providing and fixing of conceded light for ceiling.

Engage electrician for 3 days for removing and refixing of electric wires in ceiling.

Providing and fixing CIB of approved size by way of making foundation in M10, Brickwork in 1:6 cement mortar including plastering with 1:4 cement mortar, painting and writings as per the directions of engineer incharge including all carriages , supply , complete job.
