Renovation of Canal System of Hirakud Dam Project of Sambalpur Canal Section

Clearing and grubbing land in canal slope work including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, sapling and trees girth upto 300mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thick, complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling and removing cement concrete including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation of foundation in all kinds of soil including hard moorum,stoney earth mixed with boulder (except sheet rock and boulder required blasting)with all lead ,lifts and delifts including dressing and levelling the bed & slope & depositing the excavated materials at places away from the work site with all leads,lifts and delifts including cost of all labour & dewatering if required and T&P required for the work etc.Complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling in foundation and plinth with sand including watering and ramming with cost, conveyance, royalty etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Rigid & smooth centering and shuttering for PCC work including false work and dismantling them after casting including all cost of material and labour in plinth and foundation etc.complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Plain Cement concrete M-15 graded C.B.H.G coarse aggregate 40 mm down graded metal of approved quality mixing by concrete mixture and placing manually compacting with vibrator including cost of all materials, labour charges with all leads by mechanical means and placement within initial lead of 50 m and initial lift of 1.50 m for mixing concrete including conveyance,royalty and taxes etc. of all materials T &P,watering and curing, B & OC workers welfare cess etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Supplying and fixing of 150 mm dia NP3 Hume Pipe inlcuding all cost of carriage,labour with B&O.C. Workers Welfare Cess etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing of 100 mm dia NP3 Hume Pipe inlcuding all cost of carriage,labour with B&O.C. Workers Welfare Cess etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing formwork for Concrete with F1 finish for upstream faces of dam,spillway ,glacis of barrages,unexposed surfaces of foundation .block joints etc.with steel shutters rigidly fixed and removal of forms and making good to the surfaces where necessary complete with all labour,materials and T & P etc.Complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting and placing uncoated M.S. Bar reinforcement complete as per drawing and technical specification etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Rigid and smooth centering and shuttering for RCC works including false works and dismantling them after casting including all cost of materials and labour for RCC works in slab for culverts and bridges upto 8m span etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Plain Cement concrete M-20 grade with CBHG coarse aggregate 20mm down graded metal of approved quality mixing by concrete mixture and placing manually,compacting with vibrator including cost of all materials,labour charges with all lead by mechanical means and placement within initial leads of 50m and initial lift of 1.50m for mixing concrete including conveyance, royalty & taxes etc. of all materials, T&P, watering & curing, B&O.C. Workers Welfare Cess etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Reinforced Cement concrete M-25 grade with CBHG coarse aggregate 20mm down graded metal of approved quality mixing by concrete mixture and placing manually,compacting with vibrator including cost of all materials,labour charges with all lead by mechanical means and placement within initial leads of 50m and initial lift of 1.50m for mixing concrete including conveyance, royalty & taxes etc. of all materials, T&P, watering & curing, B&O.C. Workers Welfare Cess etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling in foundation and plinth with excavated earth including watering and ramming etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing weep holes in plain concrete abutment,wing wall with 100mm dia AC pipes extending through full width of the structures with slope of 1(V) : 20(H) toward drawing face with B&O.C. Workers Welfare Cess etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation of any approved type of soil in approved borrow area by mechanical means and loading into and transportation by mechanical means and unloading the soil on properly prepared and scientifically approved surface excluding watering and compaction in embankments of canal for all heights including construction, maintenance, watering and lighting of haul road and borrow area etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing for spreading moorum and consolidatedion with HRR including watering, cost,coveyance & royalty of moorum, T&P, B&OC, workers welfare cess etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge
