ITEM No. 2 :- Providing fixing and removing after use Galvanized Steel Crowd Control Barricades of approved size having height 1.50 metre with tubular steel frame to be used for 12 hours including all fixtures and fastenings etc. complete.

ITEM No. 3 :- Providing fixing and removing after use of LED flood general Lights of approved Watts to be used and maintained for 12 hours including all fixtures and fastenings etc. complete.

ITEM No. 4 :- Providing, laying and removing after use Carpet Net Mat of approved thickness and material on ground to be used and maintained for 12 hours including all fixtures and fastenings etcetera complete .

ITEM No. 5 :- Providing, laying and removing after use Red Carpet Mat of approved thickness and material on ground to be used and maintained for 12 hours including all fixtures and fastenings etcetera complete .

ITEM No. 6 :- Providing arranging and removal after use PVC Midback with Arm Chair of approved make having 0.89 m height and 0.47m width with square seating portion of 0.39m length to be used and maintained for 12 hours including labour etc. complete.

ITEM No. 8 :- Providing arranging and removal after use Decorative Stage Box Truss with Face Lights and Other intellengent and conventional lighting of approved make of size 80 feet length and 60 feet width and 23 feet height to be used and maintained for 12 hours including all fixtures, fastenings, Safety arrangement,isnulation and electrical supply etc. complete.

ITEM No. 9 :- Providing soundproof 125kVA Diesel Electricity Generator Van of approved make with required electricity carrier cables to the venue to be used and operated for 12 hours including all fixtures and fastenings etc. complete.

ITEM No. 10 :-Providing, arranging and removing after use Sound System for main stage PA with Artist rqumnts of Approved make and required capacity for public gathering of 5000 used and maintained for 12 hours including all fixtures and fastenings, electrical supply, Insulation etc. complete

ITEM No. 11 :- Providing, arranging and removing after use LED display approved size with Digital Camera recording system of Approved make and required capacity for public gathering to be used and maintained for 12 hours including all fixtures and fastenings, electrical supply etcetera complete

ITEM No. 12 :- Providing erecting and removing after use ISI approved material Raised Stage Platform for Artist Performances of approved size and height upto 6 feet to be used and maintained for 12 hours including all fixtures and fastenings, safety arrangement, preparation of base, labour etcetera complete.

ITEM No. 13 :- Providing erecting and removing after use ISI approved material of Exhibition Stalls of required size 10 X 15 feet and height as per rqmnts to be used and maintained for 12 hours including all fixtures and fastenings, safety arrangement, preparation of base, labour etcetera complete.

ITEM No. 14 :-Providing erecting and removing after use ISI approved material Pagoda Mandap for Control room / Green room / Waiting Room of required size and height to be used and maintained for 12 hours including all fixtures and fastenings, safety arrangement, preparation of base, labour etcetera complete. As directed by Engineer in charge.

ITEM No. 15 :- Providing erecting and removing after use ISI approved material Stepped Raised Stage Platform for Camera persons of Electronic Media of approved size and height to be used and maintained for 12 hours including all fixtures and fastenings, safety arrangement, preparation of base, labour etcetera complete.

ITEM No. 16 :- Providing arranging and removal after use Galvanized Steel Four Legged Table of approved make of required size and height to be used and maintained for 12 hours including all fixtures and fastenings, safety arrangement, labour etcetera complete.

ITEM No. 17 :- Providing arranging and removal after use of Flex Mounted Box Gate for Venue Entrance of Span 20 feet and height 15 feet to be used and maintained for 12 hours including all fixtures and fastenings, safety arrangement, labour etcetera complete .

ITEM No. 18 :- Providing arranging and removal after use Electrical Supply Arrangement for Electronic Media in Pendal of min 7500 people gathering approved make to be used and maintained for 12 hours including all fixtures, fastenings, Safety arrangement, insulation and electrical supply etcetera complete.

ITEM No. 19 :- Providing arranging and removal after use Electricity Cable/Wire in Pendal of approved make to be used and maintained for 12 hours including all fixtures, fastenings, Safety arrangement, insulation and electrical supply etc. complete.

ITEM No. 20 :- Providing and Hiring of Event Management Staff consisting of Manager, Team Leaders, Supervisors, Bouncers in sufficient numbers, Staff for serving Dignitaries and Presentors inside at venue for Public Gathering of Minimum 7500 peoples as directed for 12 Hours service etcetera complete.

ITEM No. 21 :- Providing , fixing and removal after use Flex banner of Approved make and quality for Signages and Directions for Traffic for Public gathering of Size 8 Feet X 6 Feet be used and maintained for 12 hours including all fixtures and fastenings etc. complete.

ITEM No. 22 :- Providing erecting and removing after use ISI approved Material on stage and Venue for LED wall as riser of Approved Size to be used and maintained for 12 hours including all fixtures and fastenings, labour, electrical supply, fire extinguishing arrangement etcetera complete. As directed by Engineer in charge.

ITEM No. 23 :- Providing arranging and removal after use Stage Sofa For VVIP Person of approved size of 3 seater and material to be used and maintained for 12 hours including all fixtures and fastenings etcetera complete.

ITEM No. 24 :- Providing laying and removing after use Dias/podium made of ISI approved waterproof plywood of approved size covered with veneer of approved colour provided with microphone arrangement and natural flower decoration to be used maintained for 12 hours including

ITEM No. 25 :- Providing laying and removing after use Toa Table made of ISI approved waterproof plywood of approved size provided with natural flower decoration to be used maintained for 12 hours including all fixtures and fastenings etc. complete.

ITEM No. 26 :- Providing arranging and removal after use Portable Toilet for Dignitaries on stage to be used and maintained for 12 hours including all fixtures and fastenings, Electrical Supply, safety arrangement, labour etcetera complete . As directed by Engineer in charge.

ITEM No. 28 :- Providing arranging and removal after use Steel Cution chair with cover of approved make having 0.89 m height and 0.47m width with square seating portion of 0.39m length to be used and maintained for 12 hours including labour etc. complete.

ITEM No. 29 :- Providing, arranging and removing after use LED stage monitor (Plazma) approved size 42 inch display approved size with Digital Camera recording system of Approved make and required capacity for public gathering to be used and maintained for 12 hours including all fixtures and fastenings, electrical supply etcetera complete As directed by Engineer in charge.

ITEM No. 30 :- Providing , fixing and removal after use for 5 Days Air Baloon 15 feet X 15 feet with Print & installation at event venue As directed by Engineer in charge.

ITEM No. 31 :- Providing , fixing and removal after use Digital Flex Cutout of Approved design for Public gathering & City Decor . Size 15 Feet X 25 Feet be used and maintained for 12 hours including all fixtures and fastenings, Skyfolding Installation etc. complete. As directed by Engineer in charge.
