Dismantling/taking down old unserviceable pin/loop/shackle type insulator any type and size complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling old unserviceable cross arms and anti climbing devices of any size from pole/structures complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling stay assembly of any size/type complete from site complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for ACSR conductor of any size/type drawn over for over head lines fixed to insulators with binding wire after allowing specified sag complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for GI wire 4mm dia as continuous earth wire, guarding and craddles to OH line including binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing pin type porcelain vitreous white, brown or green insulators 100 mm height and 65 mm dia for 1100 Volts grade including one galvanised mild steel spindle, one nut and two washers complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing shackle type porcelain vitreous white, brown or green insulators of size 75 mm height and 90 mm dia incl galvanised mild steel straps 31x3 mm size ,washers,insulator 12 mm diabolt, washers and nut for working pressure 1100 Volts grade complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for loop insulator, vitreous, porcelain, white, brown or green, large size with overall dimensions 50x140mm clearance of hole 25.5 mm, working pressure 1100volt complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel cross arms, bracing support, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections confirming to Fe-410-O or Fe-310-O including nuts, bolts and washers welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size all as directed including applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coating of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for stay assembly complete with MS stay plate 300x300x6mm thick galvanized stay rod not less than 20mm dia, 2.15 M long galvanized stay bow, galvanized thimble,stay clamp etc including excavation, earth work and cement concrete complete all as shown in electrical plate No1of SSR part-I complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Excavation, earthwork, cement concrete, loop type insulators and stay wire shall be included in the unit rate quoted by contractor.

M&L for Galvanised stay strand, size 7/4mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide for foundation of pole, laying of cables etc. and getting out as in soft/loose soil all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in earth obtained from excavation including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Sand filling in trenches with clean dry fine sand unwashed 15 cm before laying of cable and 8 cm after laying cable including gently punning around cables for protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Punned depth shall only be measured for payment as specified.

Supply and erecting in true vertical position steel tubular swaged pole complete with base plate and closed at top , type 410 SP-31(9mtr long) painted externally up to the embeeded depth with two coats of black bitumnous paint and external portion above 1.5m height from PCC coping shall be applied with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer and portion above PCC coping upto 1.5 mtr height shall be painted in alternative band 30cm wide in black and yellow colour starting with white colour enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Excavation, earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid separately under relevent items of this BOQ.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping complete all as specified and as directed.

Note : GI strip beyond 7.5Mtr length from earth electrode shall be measured and paid separately.

All as per item Srl No. 42 here in before but by using GI wire 4mm dia as earth lead and 15 mm bore medium grade GI pipe for protection of earth wire from plate to switch board complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead 32 x 6mm GI strip fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Copper strip 20x3mm as earth continuity conductor burried in ground or drawn in pipe or fixed to wall on saddle complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earth continuity conductor galvanised iron wire 4 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing GI funnel complete with wire mesh for earthing water pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earth pit cover of size 450x450x50mm thick of RCC M-15 (Nominal mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate with MS TMT reinforcement bar of 8mm dia @ 150mm centre to centre both ways, MS handle 10mm dia made to shape complete all as specified and as directed.

Stringing of existing overhead LT line ACSR conductor of any size opening/dismantling of jumpers and ACSR conductors from insulators and connecting after stringing inclusing required ACSR conductor/connectors of following span of conductors :-

Span of two/three ACSR conductors of any size.

Span of four /five ACSR consutors of any size

Cutting wild grass, bushes, creaper, unwanted vegetation from inside / surrounding of E/M installations, near transformers, pole structures etc including cutting creapers from barbed / cattle fencing of the installations as when directed and removing of unwanted material from installation compound and depositing where directed. Note : The item shall be operated maximum three times in entire period of contract in the same installations. (Area shall measured separately each time).

Labour & tools for trimming tree branches upto 100 mm girth of any location around existing HT/LT OH lines giving clearance of 1.5 m on all sides complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Trimming of tree branches irrespective in numbers in each tree shall be measured as one unit).

M&L for painting and minor repair to LT panels including welding work/repair to door/ hinge etc as required at site complete all as specified and as directed.
