Granular Sub-Base with Coarse Graded Material (Table:- 400-2) Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreadding in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401(By Mechanical Means,I.R.C. Grade - III)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specific sizes Water Bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with power roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and broowing requisite type of screening & binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregates, watering and rolling making necessary earthern bund to protect edges, lighting, gruading, barricading, and maintenance of diversion etc in accordance with clause 404 of Minsitry of Road Transport & Horhways Specidfications for Road and Bridge Works (Fifth REvision) by Manual Means of Mechanical means for Grading-II Material.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleearing of road surface and spraying primer using mechanical means (a) on WBM/WMM surface @ 0.70 - 1.00 kg/sqm as per clause 502 of Ministry of Road Transport and Highways specifications for Road and Bridge works(Fifth Revesion)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base i/c clearing of road surface and spraying primer using mechanical means on WBM/WMM surface treated with primer @ 0.25-0.30kg/sqm as per clause 503 of Ministry of Road Transport & Highways specifications for Road & Bridge works(Fifth Revesion)

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified level, grade and cross fall using Type-A and B seal coats. (I) Type-A

Filling Pot-holes and Patch Repairs with open graded premix surfacing , 20mm. Removal of all failed material, trimming of completed excavation to provide firm vertical faces, cleaning of surface, painting of tack coat on the sides and base of excavation as per clause 503, back filling the pot holes with hot bituminous material as per clause 511, compacting, trimming and finishing the surface to form a smooth continuous surface, all as per clause 3004.2

Providing and laying and rolling of open-graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or cutback or emulsion to the required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing in a suitable Plant and rolling with smooth wheeled rollers 8-10 tonne capacity, and finishing to required level and grade. (A) Mechanical method using penetration grade bitumen and HMP of appropriate capacity not less than 75 tonne/hour

Hill Side Drain Clearance (Removal of earth from the choked hill side drain and disposing it on the valley side manually)
