We quote a Project Cost of Rs. ______________ for undertaking the development of the project.

We offer a Annual Fee of Rs.__________(“Quoted Annual Fees”) to the Authority from the date of COD of the Project, which is over and above the IBM of Rs.11,00,000 (Rupees Eleven Lakhs only).

The Fixed Annual Fees (IBM + Quoted Annual Fees) payable to the Authority within 15 days from the start of COD is Rs. _______________ which shall be increased @ 10% every year as specified in the draft Contract Agreement.
