Total Providing and fixing 60mm thick PUF wall Panels continuous line sandwich with 0 40 mm thick TCT PPGI (120 gm, 240 mpa coated sheet of make JSW. Satmax. Lloyd, sintex, Mectec, Rinac (Conforming to IS: 12436) on both side having polyurethane foam of density 40+ 2kg/cum between sheets. The panel sheet shall have corrugated sheet at top having crest of approx 30mm and the bottom shall be plane sheet with ribs. The panel sheets have one meter width and panel length as per length of room without any joint. The panel shall be fixed in tongue and groove joint with help of flashing comprising of PPGI U channels, L- section, end cap, POP revits, screws and other accessories complete in all respect. The PUF shall be CFC free and ozone friendly made with blowing agent will be N- Pantene. The gap at joint shall be filled with silicon sealant of approved brand (Macoy, pidilite or its equivalent). These panels shall be fixed in alignment and plumb complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction to the Engineer incharge Short walls

Providing gola 75x75 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 10 mm and down gauge), including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) as per standard design : In 75x75 mm deep chase

Dismantling of ceramic tiles or vitrified and plaster to making the surface clean for refixing the glazed tiles including removing of malba complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles of size 600 x 600 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade. The tiles are to be fixed with 3mm grove using spacers. The tiles are to be laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm The grove are to be filled with cementitious grout mix with proportion of 0.90 kg grout and 0.10 kg of hardener for each kg of filling material. Double charge vitrified tile of size 600x600 mm.

Providing and fixing 2nd class teak wood (kiln seasoned) chowkhat 4 1/2" x 2 1/4"including cost of corner straps, iron hold fasts, hinges, screws,nails, fevicol etc. and spirit polish of chowkhats. Rate includes the cost of dismantling of all damaged chowkhats and making good the damage to walls plaster and floors as required including, disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground the rate further includes the cost of two coats Spirit polish complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 35mm thick phenol bounded factory manufactured solid flush door shutter ISI marked with both side 4mm teak ply in the existing chowkhat. The rate includes the cost of all necessary stainless steel fittings and french spirit polish on teak ply complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 8mm thick toughened glass over fixed portion or glazed shutter including the cost of nails, putty etc. complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
