Dismantling of valve bonnet from the body by removing studs, bolts, dismantling all the parts, cleaning of all parts of the valves, and preparation of Primary inspection report with photograph of valve in dismantled condition
Repair of floating seat: Re-Metalizing, machining and lapping in scratched area & replacement of soft seal (Repair will include machining grinding and or laping, chrome plating of seat(if required), blue match polishing,Repairing of damaged area of floating seat by metal deposition, grinding & lapping. ) and preparation of inspection report with photograph
Repair of Valve gate/ball/Plug : Repair of valve gate including De-chroming , Damaged portion by machining, Metal deposition, Final machining surface grinding and lapping on both side followed by hard chrome plating on both side ensuring dimension matching to original fit and tolerance of the components and preparation of inspection report with photograph .

To and fro transportation of valves & seats from SRPL stations to the contractor's work site and back.Transportation of the defective gates & setas from the premises of the owner to the contractor's work centre including loading/unloading with all materials , tools & tackles etc. complete in all respect as per the satisfaction of the EIC. Both to and fro transportation charges of valves & seats from the owners location to the contractors work site and back to owners location shall have to be borne by the contractor). Gates:-API 6D valves.The transportation cost will be on the per trip basis from the owner's location to the contractor's works and back to the owner's location. In one trip one or many valves can be transportated. Any damage bto the materials during the transportation will be borne out by the contractor.(EA = Trip)
