Schedule 'A' Part-I General Note as applicable for serial item No 2.00 of BoQ/Sch 'A' Contractors attention is hereby invited that estimated cost of serial item No 2.00 is Rs. 7,03,500.00 based on prevailing rates of Schedule of Minimum fair wages. Quoted amount against serial item No. 2.00 is less than the amount the work (Estimated of serial item No. 2.00 of BoQ/Sch 'A') then lowest bidder will have to deposit FDR in favour of Accepting Officer within 07 days from financial bid opened difference in Estimated cost & quoted amount of serial item No. 2.00 before evaluation of financial bid for acceptance of tender, failing which lowest tender will not be accepted. FDR submitted at the time of Acceptance of bidder will be realesed only after satisfactory proof of payment of deployed person under the respective serial item No. 2.00 of BoQ.

Outsourcing of services for Manning and Operation and maintenance of Power Station (PS-II) 11 KV Sub Station comprising of VCBs, voltage stablizers, isolation transformers, LT Panels etc including Diesel Engine Generator Set of different capacity installed and Solar Plant, One FGM (Fitter General Mechanic) in three shift, each shift for 8 hours continuous operation every day (total 24 hours) (including Sunday/Holiday) including DG set and all electricals equipment, day to day maintenance such as cleaning the surrounding area of installation building (inside/outside), engine alternator, fuel tank, control panel, radiator, battery 12 volts, Change over switch, DG Set, LT Panel, Starter and panel board regularly complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) MAFI PS-II and Solar Plant as common in three shift each of 8 hours round the clockwise. (i) Contractor shall provide proper manning to give rest to the deployed person for sunday/holiday. For this purpose contractor shall provide one extra manpower on every Six FGM (Fitter General Mechanic). (ii) Daily attendance shall be marked in attendance register by the concerned JE (E/M) attandance shall be checked weekly at least by the Engineer-in-Charge and monthly by the GE.

Notes for serial item No. 2.00 (Contd...) (iii) Dos" and Don'ts" standing orders of operating machines maintenance programme shall be displayed in each instalation as per site requirement. (iv) Log book, log sheet shall be filled shift wise. (v) Operator shall be in proper uniform as approved by GE and cost of uniform shall be included in the rate quoted by the Tenderer. (vi) Unit rates quoted by the tenderrs shall deem to include for Nuts, bolts, Washers, Lugs, Thimbles, wires, terminal clamps, disttiled water as required for efficient and smooth functioning of the all equipment with out any extra cost to the Govt. (vii) One person to deploy weekly once at both the Solar plant cleaning of solar panel board including consumable materials and chemicals as well as required. (viii) Fuel for operation of DG Sets shall be supplied by the Department as free for filling only. However, storage facilities of fuel and collection of fuel from MES Store shall be provided by the contractor at own cost. (ix) Surrounding area shall be kept clean and tidy, grass and vegitation shall also be removed in side and outside of the installation, necessary hose pipe and wiper shall be provided by the contractor for cleaning of solar panels two location and as above without any extra cost. Tool required for cleaning is deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Notes for serial item No. 2.00 (Contd...) (x) Daily log sheet for running hours, fuel consumption register shall be maintained by the contractor and signed by the JE /other superinternding staff employed by the contractor. (xi) Daily checking of oil level, Oil pressure, priming, frequencey temperature shall carried out and records shall be maintained. (xii) All tools and plants like, tongtester, multimeter, spanner set test lamp, screw driver, tommy spanner set, hand gloves, cutting plier, tester will be provided by the contractor without any extra cost and should be available with operation at Each Installation. (xiii) Operation will check the condition of three phase supply is health or not and also detect the fault in AMF Panel and LT Panel and will attend and rectify the fault immidiately.

Schedule 'A' Part-II Power Contactor 4 Pole, 400 Amps, type MCX-43 complete including taking down old unserviceable power contactor complete all as specified and directed.

Power Contactor 4 Pole, 500 Amps, type MCX-44 complete including taking down old unserviceable power contactor complete all as specified and directed.

Lead Acid Battery, 12 Volt grade, 180 AH capacity, with one year warranty, including initial charging and connecting DC cable, thimbles, nut, bolts etc including disconnecting & taking out old unserviceable battery complete all as specified and directed.

Maintenance and servicing of DG Set of capacity 200 KVA to 250 KVA complete including draining out of diesel from tank, cleaning the tank throughly and refilling the drained out diesel, draining out engine oil from the chamber, cleaning the chamber thoroughly and refilling the same, replacing the fuel filter, lubricating oil filter, check & clean air cleaner, change air cleaner elements, check coolant level & make up the same, drain the Fuel filter & water separator, filling the starting batteries with electrolyte/distilled water to maintain the required specific gravity, replace the unserviceable brass connectors for batteries, cleaning of battery terminals & applying petroleum jelly to battery terminal posts & brass connectors, changing of V-belts, changing hoses and clips of air cleaner, checking of exhaust leakage, governor, breathers etc, adjust/set the same for proper functioning of DG Set, checking of fuel, oil and water/coolant level etc, adjusting and keeping the fan belts to the desired tension, tightening all the bolts and nuts to the required torque etc, cleaning the DG Set with accessories as prescribed by the manufacturer and test for satisfactory running of DG set for two hour at connected load & record shall be made in respect of RPM, oil pressure, oil temperature, coolant temperature, voltage, frequency, load current, battery charging, fuel consumption etc. complete all as directed.

Notes for serial item No 6.00 to 7.00 : (i) DHPP for testing of DG Sets shall be issued by the department under Sch ‘B' free of cost. (ii) Fuel filter, oil filter, bypass filter, water filter, air filter, petroleum jelly, fan belt, fuel pipe, Air cleaner elements complete, Battery legs, gasket, nuts, bolts, claimps & Minor extra items shall be provided by the contractor and cost thereof is deemed to be included in quoted rates by the tenderer. No extra cost shall be admissible for DG set servicing on this accounts. (iii) Engine oil and coolant for replacement/topping up shall be measured and paid for seperatily under relevant item.

Supply in repair the following items for servicing of Diesel Engine Generator capacity 160 KVA to 250 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

MCCB, 4 Pole, 200 Amps rating, rupturing capacity 36 kA, 415 Volt grade, AC, 50 Hz, thermal Magnetic protection unit and making connections using suitable size copper lugs/thimbles and crimping tool, including disconnecting & taking down old unserviceable MCCB, complete all as specified & directed.

Note: The bus bar chamber Box shall be designed in such a way that adequate workable space is made available inside the compartments and the size of the chamber shall not be less than 500mm height (without base frame & canopy), 500mm width and 450mm depth).

Routine and periodical cleaning the inside area of 11 KV Sub Station including cutting and removal/uprouting of unwanted grass/bushes, small trees near all around sub station and pump house complex complete surfaces dressing and leveling by surfaces excavation as required complete all as specified and as directed.

(ii) PCC pit shall be provided at least 500mm away from the earth pit and not just on the earth pit and extra cost of additional length of water pipes and fittings, junctions, elbow etc shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the tenderer.
