Lining with Design mix cement concrete with machine batched and machine mixed of grade M-15 with minimum cement contant 240 kg/cum, 75 mm thick including pumping of concrete to site of laying, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate in curve portion and side slope manually including cement sand slurry, from work, dressing and preparaton of sub grade and complete in all respect. (HSR item No. (HSR item No 10.64, 19.12, 19.2 & 19.15 (b).

Providing & laying in position machine batched and mahine mixed design mix M-15 grade cement concrete using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge in foundation & plinth ( Note : Cement Content considered in this item is @ 240 kg per cum . HSR item No. 10.64.

Laying of 150 micron polythene sheet .

Supply of 150 micron polythene sheet.

First Class brick work laid in cement sand mortar 1:4 in foundation and plinth (HSR item No. 11.4).

Dismantling brick work, tile massonry or tile lining and tile terracing in cement. (HSR item No. 8.5(b).

Dismantling cement concrete plain 1:6:12 (HSR item No. 8.6 (a).

Earth work in excavation in foundations, trenches, etc., in all kind of soils, not exceeding 2 metres depth including dressing of bottom and side of trenches, stacking the excavated soil, clear from the edge of excavation and subsequent filling around masonry, in 15 cm layers with compaction, including disposal of all surplus soil, as directed within a lead of 30 metres. HSR item No. 6.6.

Cement concrete 1:2:4 with 20mm nominal size of stone aggrigate in foundation and plinth i/c supply of all materials i.e. stone aggregate fine sand for FM 1.0 ordinary portland cement and water supply arrangement, curring, and all required T&P items complete as per approved design/drawing and PWD specifications and as per directions of the Engineer incharge. (HSR item No. 10.41)

Cement concrete 1:6:12 with 40 mm nominal size of brick ballast in foundation and plinth, including supply of all materis i.e.fine sand for F.M 1, ordinary portland cement and water supply arrangement, curring,and all required T & P items complete as per approved design/drawing and P.W.D specifications and as per directions of the Engineer Incharge. (HSR item No. 10.36)

Filling expansion joints with special imprevious hot pour 12 mm wide complete as per HSR item no-19.17

Fe-500 EQR TMT Steel bars OR Cold twisted deformed ( ribbed/TOR steel) bars for RCC, works, where not including in the complete rate of RCC including bending, binding and placing in position complete. HSR item No. 18.22 and A & C SLIP No. C20 25.10.2019.

Earth work excavation in ordinary soil exclusive of compensation of earth duly dressed with a combined lead 495 metres including breaking of clods. (HSR item No. 6.2 (b) (c ) (i) (ii) (iii) and 6.3 (i)

Extra for compaction of earth laying as per specifications, watering the earth laid in 25 cm layers with road roller/sheep foot roller and tractor or any other like machinery under suitable moisture contents with desired field density not less than 25% maximum dry density (ordinary protector test). HSR item No 6.2(g) (i) (iii) (-) 6.3 (i) and 6.2 (g) (v).

Earth work excavation in ordinary soil exclusive of compensation of earth dressed with a cobined lead 30 metres including breaking of clods. (HSR item No. 6.2 (b) (c) (i) and 6.3(i).

First class brick work laid in cement sand mortar 1:3 in foundation and plinth. HSR item No. 11.5

Providing, lowering, laying, cutting ( cut surface to be uniformly finished), jointing with rubber rings marked with IS : 5382 and testing of SPIGOT AND SOCKETTED 450 mm dia RCC NP2 MARKED WITH IS: 458-1988 and specials into trenches for all depths including carriage, loading, unloading, stacking, handling, re-handling etc., complete in all respects to the satisfaction to the Engineer-in charges. HSR item No. 28.60 A & C Slip N0. -9 dated 04.11.2010.

Removing hume/RCC pipes 450 mm dia NP3. HSR item No. 8.35 (b).

Rainforced cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 with stone aggregate 20mm nominal size for RCC work, ut excluding steel reinforcement, centering and shuttering in first storey upto 4 mtr. Above plinth level complete in all respect as per drawing design & specification i/c c/o & s/o cement stone ballast sand & water supply arrangement as per PWD specification as directed by the Engineer-in-charge (HSR 10.80 & 10.95 (a)

Centering and shuttering for slab, complete in all respect as per PWD specification and design (As per HSR item No. 9.18 (b)

Dismantling of RCC 1:2:4 including cleaning and straightening and cutting of bars if required, sorting and stacking of all serviceable materials within 100 mtr distance complete as per direction of Engineer incharge (HSR item No. 8.6(e ).

Cement concrete 1:2:4 with. stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size for reinforced concrete work, but excluding steel reinforcement centering and shuttering as per PWD specification and design including supply of & carrying of cement stone aggregate of requisite size sand and water supply arrangement complete in all respect as directed by Engineer in charge. (HSR 10.80)

Making Centering and shuttering for faces of concrete as per approved drawing and design i/c cost of all materials and T & P articles required complete in all respect as per PWD specifications. (HSR 9.13)

Providing, lowering, cutting, jointing and testing RCC 900 mm dia pipe class-NP-3 as per 458-2003 with spigot and socketed joints manufactured with ISI marked Sulphate Resistance Cement as per ISI 12330 with rubber rings ISI marked, antitermite as required at site, into trenches, for all depths and laying out the same to correct alignment, gradients and level including dressing and trimming and cutting of concrete beds and sides of trenches, if required, jointing with rubber rings in trenches and jointing with 1:1.5 cement sand mortar and with enddowels filled with 1:1.5 cement sand mortar and finishing the joints at an angle of 45 degree with faces of spigot and socket joints cutting and finishing the cut surface to uniform finish etc. as fully described in HSR item No. 29.38, 29.44, 29.45 & 29.46 including cartage, loading and uploading complete in all respect. HSR item No. 29.96 (viii) A&C Slip No. 14 dated 19.08.2015.
