Reinforcement cement concrete work in beams suspended floors roof, having slope upto 15 degree landings, balconies,shelves, chajjas, lintel,bands plains,plain windows sill,staircase and spiral staircase above plinth level up to floor five level excluding the cost of centering, shuttering,finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 stone graded 20mm nominal size

Providing and laying additional steel reinforcement (TMT bars ) with old for strengthening including cutting bending binding and supply of steel bar etc. 10mm TMT bar

Centering and shuttering for RCC including rent of shuttering, material, labour and T&P required for proper completion of work for lintels,sunshade and columns etc.

Sunshade Upto 4.5 Meter Height

Sunshade beyond 6.0 M and Upto 7.5 M Height

Sunshade beyond 9.0 M and Upto 10.5 M Height

Laying 12.50 mm thick cement plaster in 1:4 cm with cement & coarse sand including cost of all labour material T&P etc.

Plaster work upto 3.0 meter height

Plaster work beyond 3.0 meter and upto 4.5 meter

Plaster work beyond 4.5 meter height and upto 6.0 meter

Plaster work beyond 6.0 meter height and upto 7.5meter

Plaster work beyond 7.5 meter height and upto 9.0meter

Plaster work beyond 9.0 meter height and upto 10.5meter

Plaster work beyond 10.5 meter height and upto 12.65meter

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete

Finishing walls with water proof cement paint of appproved make and quality on new work with 2 coats to give an even shade. Including supply of all material labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the works

Finishing wall with weather coat anitfungal exterior coating in two coats of approved brand and colour i/c one coat cement primer on under coated wall surface including throughly brushing surface with all T&P and Labour

Removing paint or varnishing with paint remover or caustic soda including supply of all material, labour and T&P required completion of work

Painting two coat of superior quality of synthetic enamel paint approved make on previously painted Steel or woodsurface including cost of all material labour T&P etc required for proper completion of work

Providing and laying waterproofing treatment on roof with PU acrylic hybrid emulsion with 1 mm file thickness including s/o all material, labour T&P etc complete for proper completion of work. Over all rate.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type)on the exterior side of building up to 25 meter height above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre , horizonatal & Vertical tubes joints with cup & lock system with M.S. tube M.S. tube challis M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working plateform etc and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/applying chemical and removing it thereafter.
