Supply, Installation, testing & Commissioning of 1.5 Ton Inverter Split Air Conditioner, which meets the all particular of 5 star rated latest model of AAI's approved make enlisted company (Similar to Blue Star 3CNHW18TAFU / LG JS-Q18TUXA or any other approved make) having rotary inverter compressor,power supply 230V,50 HZ single phase operated,lesser running current, star rating 3, minimum noise level, 88 segment(white) panel display ,flap LCD remote control ,auto air swing(up & down), auto air swing(left right), speed setting, auto restarts,sleep mode,on timer, off timer. Including connection of refrigerant piping, copper cabling, insulation around refrigerant pipe, providing drain line and allied works up to 5 mtrs with M.S. stand for condensing unit (outdoor unit) as per standard Engineering practice, complete etc. as required.

Supply of water cooler comprising with complete stainless steel body, compressor, fan motor, capacitor, thermostat, tap, cable, plug top and other accessories etc. as reqd. (Blue star make, model sdlx 8120 fully ss) Cooling capacity - 80 Ltr./Hr, Storage capacity - 120 Ltr./Hr

SH: II Internal Electrification Works

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit,with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm. FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc as required. Group B

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed PVC conduit as required 2 X 2.5 sq. mm + 1 X 2.5 sq. mm earth wire (For Light Board Wiring)

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed PVC conduit as required 4 X 4 sq. mm + 2 X 4 sq. mm earth wire (For Power Plug & Single Phase ACs)

Supply & Fixing of following rating MCB in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. 80 amps,10 KA, C Curve, rating 415volts FP, miniature circuit breaker ( Make: Legrand cat. No.AU15S4 series or equivalent)

Supplying and fixing 20 amps, 240 volts, SPN industrial type,socket outlet, with 2 pole and earth, metal enclosed plug top alongwith 01 nos 16 amps "C" curve, DP, MCB, in sheet steel enclosure,on surface or in recess, with chained metal cover for the socket outlet (Make: Metra Plug & socket DB Legrand DBMPS220SD or equivalent.) (For 04 nos 1.5 Ton /2 Ton AC)

Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 3 pin 15/16 amps modular socket outlet and 15/16 amps modular switch, connection etc. as required. 4 Module (125mm X 75mm) ( Make: Legrand 6890 09 or equivalent )

Supplying and fixing following modular switch/ socket on the existing modular plate & switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required. 3 pin 5/6 amp socket outlet (Make: Legrand 6730 44 or equivalent)

SH: III Supply & Laying of Cable Works

Supply of following sizes Aluminium Armoured conductor XLPE insulated, PVC tape inner sheathed Cable for working voltage 1.1 KV grade & as per IS: 7098 (Part- I ) 1988 with up to date ammendments, complete etc as required. 4 core X 25 Sqmm

Supplying and Making End Termination in the connectors provided inside the pole with aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE Aluminium Conductor Cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 4 X 25 sq. mm (28mm)

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required. Upto 35 sq. mm. (clamped with 1mm thick saddle)

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required. Upto 35 sq. mm.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed I XLPE power cable of 1.1kV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required. Upto 120 sq. mm.

SH: IV Earthing Works

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.l. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Providing, laying and fixing 50 dia G.l. pipe (medium class) in ground complete with G.l. fittings including trenching (75 em deep)and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/submain wiring/ cable as required.

SH: V Supply of Fan, Fittings & Fixtures

Supply of 300 mm sweep heavy duty exhaust fan suitable for operating on 230V AC (Make: Bajaj or equivalent)

Supply of 5 star rated 1200 mm ceiling fan with extension rod and speed regulator with all the required accessories, etc. complete as required.(Similar to Bajaj or equivalent)

Supply of 1 X 18 W LED Batten fitting fixtures with lamp & all accessories luminary, constructed with fire retardant engineering grade extruded plastic end decorative end caps. complete etc as required (Make Crompton LCTL-18-CDL FITTING or equivallent bajaj/ phillips)

Installation, testing and commissioning of pre-wired, fluorescent fitting / compact fluorescent/CFL/LED fitting of all types, complete with all accessories and tube/lamp etc.directly on ceiling/ wall, including connections with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable and earthing etc. as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of ceiling fan, including wiring the down rods of standard length (upto 30 cm) with 1.5 sq. mm FR PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable etc. as required

Installation of exhaust fan in the existing opening, including making good the damage, connection, testing, commissioning etc. as required. Upto 450 mm sweep
