Supply, installation and testing of GI Pipe Earth Electrode as per IS: 3043 including RCC Chamber and RCC cover slab as per Drawing Nos. IGC/ESD/5060/1007/1 & IGC/ESD/5060/1008/1 are enclosed. (50 Kg. Each Bentonite & Charcoal shall be provided for each earth pit). (Refer Sec VI, Clause No.12.4).

Supply, fabrication and installation of the following size of Hot dip Galvanised GI Flats including excavation and refilling as per the detailed specification and as directed by the Engineer in Charge. No cutting or drilling permitted after galvanisation.(Refer Sec VI, Clause No.12.9)

Supply, fabrication and installation of the following size of Hot dip Galvanised GI Flats in Built in trenches on walls, poles, RCC Concrete and through embedded pipes as per the detailed specification. No cutting or drilling permitted after galvanisation. (Refer Sec VI, Clause No.12.9).

Excavation of soil including refilling with excavated earth an disposing surplus earth at places as directed within a lead of 10 Mtrs. and initial lift up to 1.5 mtrs. including neat banking as per detailed specification at Kalpakkam Township. (Ref Sec VI, Clause No. 2).

Excavation in hard soil including refilling with excavated earth and disposing surplus earth at places as directed within a lead of 10 Mtrs. and initial lift up to 1.5 Mtrs. including neat banking as per detailed specification at Anupuram Township.(Ref Sec VI, Clause No. 2).

Loading, Transportation, Unloading at site, Laying, Testing and Commissioning of One number PVC / HRPVC / XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed stranded aluminium / copper conductor power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following sizes direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering with chamber burnt/cement bricks on sides & top, refilling the trench and providing RCC route indicator etc as required (Note: Cable will be issued at free of cost by department), (Ref. sec VI, Clause No. 3)

Supply and Installation of MS Brackets, Supports, Frame work, Clamps, Base Channels,etc. fabricated out of angle / Channel / Rods etc. The rate quoted shall include the cost of fabrication / welding, cleaning and painting/galvanising as follows including supply of required, fasteners, nuts, washers, etc.(ReferSec VI, Clause No.11).

MS Fabrication 1 Coat of primer and Two coats of Synthetic Enamel Paint.

Supply and Painting One coat on metallic surfaces of Electrical equipments and other required surface at all level with following paint (Asian or Approved brand, colour and manufacturer) to give and even shade including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Synthetic Enamel Paint

End Termination of the following sizes of Aluminium Conductor PVC Insulated and sheathed armoured UG Cable using Single Compression, Heavy Duty, Gland connecting the cable to the equipment such as Switches/Panel Boards etc. using Comet or equivalent make Aluminium crimping lugs as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The rate shall include the cost of supply of Cable Gland and Lugs. The Contractor shall arrange for making holes wherever necessary for fixing cable gland. (Refer Sec VI, Clause No. 10.1).

Note. One operation means to carry out the operation mentioned above for a net working time of 8(eight) hours per day
