Colour washing two coats of Oil bound distemper over one priming coat using white cement in inner surface walls including cost of materials, labour charges, cleaning the surfaces, scaffolding charges, lead, lift, etc, complete.,

White washing two coats of Oil bound distemper over one priming coat using white cement in ceiling roof including cost of materials, labour charges, cleaning the surfaces, scaffolding charges, lead, lift, etc, complete.,

Painting the old Iron work with two coats of enamel paint of approved quality and colour for windows and doors as directed by the Engineer at site including cost of all materials, labour charges, safety appliances, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Removing the loose particles from the damaged roof slab (Rcc) by chipping with tool and scrapping with wire brush, cleaning and washing thoroughly with water and plastering the surface neatly with CM 1:3/20mm thick after observing the following i.e. applying construction chemicals. 1. Applying Nitozinc primer to the exposed rods. 2. Applying bonding agent i.e. Nit bond EP to the exposed old concrete. 3. Renderoc RG as micro concrete. 4. Slurry primer using Nitobond SBR. The above work is including labour charges, working with all safety equipment , cost of all chemicals /materials ,charges for safety appliances, all lead, lift , conveyances of materials etc., in complete.

Providing two legged scaffolding using 15cm diameter of casuarina posts of 4m overall length from (3m height + 0.5m projection + 0.5m in the ground). The distance between the two rows being 1.25m and the facing of posts being 2m in both the rows with two horizontal posts with 0.5m overlap on either side and distance at 2m C/C middle braces to setup and providing a platform with country wood plants of 40mm thick in a complete form using coir or nails, cost of all materials, all lead & lift,all labour charges safety appliances etc., complete.
