RAILWAY CROSSING Trench-less Crossing of Railway line- Crossing between Panipat & Jind through 500 mm i/d MS cashing pipe for 355 mm o/d HDPE carrier pipe line (a) Boring / excavation including pit making at entry & exit point to the precise dimensions for the Launch of the specialized Auger boring machine in normal soil condition but not in Rock/Bolders/ any underground utility like foundation, water supply line coming in alignment or other underground obstructions complete in all respect including caution sign boards, signals, watching fencing, site clearance etc. i) For M.S. Pipe 500 mm i/d 10 mm thick casing pipe.

(b) Providing & insertion of 500 mm i/d M.S. Casing pipe 10 mm thick (Fe-330 grade) fabricated as per IS: 3589 of 1991 from steel plates conforming to IS 2062 of following sizes including cutting, beveling, grinding & radio graphically welding of pipes as per IS-1182 complete in all respect and also coating of inner & outer surface of casing pipe with high built epoxy paint to R.D.S.O. as per specification No. M&C/PCN.III/88 to a dry film thickness of 250 micron for protection against corrosion complete in all respect including cost & cartage of material to site of work and testing as per DNIT For 500mm i/d M.S. casing pipe 10 mm thick.

(c) Providing & insertion of 355 mm OD HDPE pipe of PE-100 grade and PN-6 for sewer. application as per IS 14333-1996 (amended up to date) in trenches in complete including cost of HDPE Specials, labour, sectional hydro testing (including the cost and conveyance of water to site for testing) and commissioning as per Technical Specifications and as per direction of Engineer by providing Roller arrangement for smooth insertion & anchoring of pipe through out the length with HDPE spacers at a distance of 2 meters apart to avoid contract of carrier pipe including cost & cartage of material to site of work 355 mm OD HDPE PE 100 PN 6 pipe

(d) Providing concrete block 1:1-1/2:3 on both ends to plug the annular space between casing and carrier pipe for 500mm i/d casing & 350 mm i/d carrier pipe complete in all respect

(e) Provision for probe radar survey to check any underground obstruction before finalizing the alignment.

MPS (MAIN PUMPING STATION) (a) Design, construction, erection, testing & commissioning of MPS and following components: (b) RCC Inlet chamber, screening chamber, collecting tank, , wet well sump suitable for 3.00 MLD average flow with peak factor 3 including Providing and installing 5 no. non clog sewage submersible pump sets ie. 1 No. of 6500 LPM, 2 no. of 2200 LPM & 2 no. 1100 LPM having minimum head of 20 m, equipped with suitable LT panel boards, all safety devices, automatic capacitor bank & suitable size submersible cable from LT panel to pumps complete in all respect. (c) K9 DI pipe of suitable dia at MPS including welding and screwing of flanges, ISI marked D.I. fittings, sluice valves, non returning valves as per requirements even for bye-pass arrangements complete in all respect. (d) 3 Nos. CI Gear Operated Sluice Gate with SS Spindle (SS 410) and seats (SS 304) (2 nos. for screen and 1 no. for partition of collecting tank) as per design. (e) Supply and installation of 2 Nos. mechanical coarse screens suitable for 3.00 MLD average flow with peak factor of 3.0 complete in all respect. (f) All the infrastructure except construction of staff quarter, Boundary wall, and work covered under Schedule-1A (HSR - Items) and path ways/ roads required to be executed at site to make the MPS functional is included in the scope of work for lump-sump job. (g) All the pumping machinery, panel board, Level sensor etc shall be controlled by PLC & SCADA and shall be synchronized with PLC panels at MPS & STP site through broadband internet facility. (h) The size and quantities of all the above components will be as per approved structural/ Hydraulic / Mechanical/ Electrical design to be approved by Departmental before actual execution of work including O&M of 5 years after 12 months defect liability and 3 months trail run period.

SEWERAGE TREATMENT PLANT a) Design, construction, erection, testing & commissioning of 3.00 MLD capacity Sewage Treatment Plant based on Sequential Batch Reactor (SBR) Technology complete in all respect including Landscaping, MCC Panel Room, all other contingent ie. Electrical, Mechanical, Piping & Instrumentation work with PLC & SCADA arrangement for STP integrated with MPS including furniture & laboratory equipments as per detail given in the bid document and following components b) Supply and installation 2 Nos. fine Screens of suitable size for 3.00 MLD average flow with peak factor of 3 c) 2 No. High Mast of 9 mtr GI Octagonal pole of 4 mm thickness (T=100 mm, B=200mm, Base Plate = 320 x 320 x 20 mm), Window at 500 mm from Base Plate with 6 No. LED suitable size, outdoor type energy efficient lamps on each pole, 20 no. LED outdoor light with 7 m. high GI pole along road / path including all accessories complete in all respect. d) Supply and installation of 1 No. 3.65 m wide Main Gate of MS and 1.25 m. wide wicket gate at STPto the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. (Total weight not less than 500 kg) e) Providing and installing 2 No. centrifuges (1Working + 1 Stand bye) including centrifuge feed pump, all fittings, instrumentations, electric panel board etc. as per design complete in all respect including packing dry sludge in 20 Kg. bag and supplying the same in market Kisan Sewa Kendra or as directed by Engineer-in-charge within the lead as pointed at clause 4.4.4 of the DNIT

ONLINE OUTLET EFFLUENT WATER QUALITY MONITORING SYSTEM Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning, Operation and Comprehensive Annual Maintenance of effluent quality monitoring system at 3 MLD capacity STP at Beri for online (continuous) measurement of PH, Total Suspended Solids (TSS), Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), Biological Oxygen Demand (BOD) by single analyzer with various sensors (spectral measurement in the UV-VIS range 200-720mm) performing reagent and chemical free analysis with automatic cleaning of censor, signal cables and power cables, local data acquisition and display of data on continuous basis for up linking the data to CPCB, HSPCB & PHED, TUV approved complete in all respect as per Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) guidelines for online continuous monitoring system for effluents and as contained in scope of work in the DNIT. a) Multi-parameter measuring converter, for connecting up to 18 intelligent sensors Scope including 8 analog inputs / outputs (4 inputs & 4 outputs) (0/4-20Ma), wide- range power supply Optical COD/BOD and TSS probe with spectral processing of the UV-VIS range, for measurement in the outlet / effluent of 3 MLD capacity STP at village Madlouda with integrated with automatic cleaning. b) Robust digital pH/ORP sensor for pH/ORP electrodes, with built-in pre-amplifier & temperature sensor with Automatic Temperature Compensation (ATC) Cable length 100 Meter (minimum). c) Sensor adapter cable for all intelligent sensors, with IP68 water proof connection to the intelligent Sensor Net system. Cable length 100 meter (minimum). d) Data transfer to CPCB, HSPCB & PHED servers during O&M period of 6 years (Including defect liability period of 1 year) after completion of trail run of 3 month. e) Providing GSM 3G, 4G modem with mobile network connectivity including network

CC TV CAMERAS Providing and Installing 6 CCTV Cameras (4 Cameras for STP and 2 Cameras for MPS) complete as per satisfaction of the Engineer– in- Charge, within 96 hours of signing the Agreement along with 90 days recording (DVR), 32 inch LED Screen, 16 Channel DVR at STP Site and 8 Channel DVR at MPS Site with connectors, cables, poles and power supply with online real-time output facility. The cameras at both the sites i.e. MPS and STP shall be synchronized at STP site. a) i) At STP & MPS Site- 1 No. PTZ speed dome 360 degree 50X zoom camera, 3 No. 12 mm lens size, 1 Nos. 3.6mm lens size. b) Make: - CP Plus Internet Protocol minimum 5 MP WDR, Night vision color mode 2.4.2 12 mm very focal with extra IR. CCTV Cameras should be installed and commissioned before starting of the work.

ANNEXE BUILDING Construction of HT / LT Panel room, PLC room, Centrifuge house, blower room and Lab cum office building including doors, windows & fittings with toilet block including all Sanitary fittings etc. as per drawings approved by SE at MPS & STP. 250 Sqm covered area built up with RCC framed structure & brick work finished with vitrified glazed tiles flooring, powder coated aluminum frame made with 10 guage sheet having size 100mm x 45mm for chowkhat, 75mm x 45mm for door frame & 45mm x 45mm for window frame with 5mm thick glass AIS/Saint Gobain/ Modi Float.

Operation & Maintenance for Part- A & B Operation & maintenance for the complete scope of work mentioned in the DNIT during Defect liability period of 12 months after trial run period of 3 months & 5 years thereafter.
