SPL REPAIR TO MD ACCN P/M/1 AT CHINDIT TOP OF AGE B/R UNDER GE TENGA

Demolition of cement concrete in roofs, floors, beams, staircases, landing and similar works (other than ground floor) etc complete.

M&L for 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof pad, floorings, including finishing the surface .

Material and labour for taking down of existing tarfelt and bituminous compounds in roof of any description from roof or terracing, roughening surfaces of old concrete surface by picking u,sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc providing 15mm thick screed bed or bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:4) for laying waterproofing membrane and finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement and providing waterproofing treatment over smooth finished surfaces after applying one coat of cold bituminous primer at 0.30 ltrs / Sqm ,hot bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kgs /Sqm providing laying APP polymer, modified , non-woven polyster mat,reinforced membrane, 3mm thick (min) weighing 3.50 Kg/Sqm with surface finish of white mineral ,by torch application method , with minimum 75mm overlap on longitudinal direction and 100 mm overlap on the transverse direction and finally applying one coat of bituminous based solar reflective aluminium paint @ 100Gms /Sqm over APP modified membrane all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sunken Treatment of Toilet Bathroom(including Demolition as in following steps: i)Top of RCC slab in sunken portion including peripheral beams shall be plastered with 15mm thick in CM 1:3 using approved water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement finished even & smooth using extra cement ,curved at the junctions. ii)Apply two coat of epoxy resin/polymer modified cementations coating like a brush bond of FOSROK/SIKA/Pedilite or equivalent, both on floor & beams. iii)Sunken slabs to be given 1:20 slope outword 25mm GI pipe spout with 300mm projection beyond outer surface of wall shall be provided. iv)Water tightness of sunken portion to be tested by ponding with water for 72 hours.In case of even a slight mark of seepage,the portion to be treated and ponding shall be carried out again to confirm the water tightness of sunken slab. v)The sunken portion will be filled with lean concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using brick agg to req depth. Note:No cutting in roof slab/beam shall be allowed for passing of CI pipes & fittings.The stage of water proofing to sunken slab shall be passed by Eng-in-charge/GE.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

M&L for 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 for laying floor finish.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete

M&L for Kota stone slab 20-25mm thickin riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cementscreed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete

M&L Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cmx20cmx25mm thick with gre cement and pigment, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors.

M&L for Providing, cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded aggregate in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges
