TENDER ENQUIRY FOR FINALISING THE CONTRACT FOR SUPPLY AND CONSTRUCTION OF GROUND WATER RECHARGE PIT AT HBL LAURIYA PLANT, WEST CHAMPARAN, BIHAR - 845453.

EXCAVATION UPTO 3 MTR: Earthwork in Excavation in all kind of soil upto a depth of 3 metre from the existing ground level. Job includes sharing, shuttering, bailing out rain water / subsoil water manually or by using appropriate capacity dewatering pump, ramming, rolling the bottom before leaving any sub base spreading water and compacting the excavated earth as direction of engineer in charge. Shifting excess Earth inside the premises as directed.

PCC 1:3:6: Providing and laying PCC 1:3:6 using 20 mm and down size graded stone aggregates including machine mixing, providing formwork if required, placing, compacting by hand ramming, curing etc complete.

BRICK MASONRY : Providing and constructing brick masonary in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement and 4 clear coarse sand) using first quality bricks including providing all openings and projections, racking the joints to 1 cm deep, scaffolding, soaking of bricks in water prior to use and curing etc complete as per specifications and as directed by engineer in charge.

SMOOTHPLASTER : Providing and laying of minimum average 20 mm thick smooth cement plaster in two coat first coat average thickness of 12 mm and srcond coat average thickness of 8 mm with cement mortar 1:4 to be include use of wayerproofing compound as per EIC. Rate shall include providing necessary scaffolding, chicken wire mesh at all joint of brick and concrete surface with a minimum over left of 150 mm in all direction and curing complete.

Coarse Aggregate : Supply and placing of Coarse Aggregate of 20 mm size as per EIC conforming to IS : 383.

Coarse Sand : Supply and Placing of Coarse Sand Zone third as per EIC confirming to IS : 383.

4"PVC PIPES OF 6 KG/SQCM: Providing and fixing 4" dia PVC pipes of 6 Kg/sqcm of approved Make as per EIS confirming ti IS 4985 for rain water pipes including 2 nos. end cap, all fittings like bands, shoes etc., MS fabricated bracket as per requiment etc. All complete as directed by the EIC.

BOREWELL- 4'' DIA: Drilling of perfectly vertical bore hole of a diameter suitable to receive 100 mm nominal dia casing pipe up to desired depth below ground level i/c of the labour charge for transporting lowering and fixing of 100 mm dia meter MS/GI/UPVC casing pipe in side the bore hole i/c all work pertaining to drilling such as transportation installation and removal of drilling machine etc complete. In all type of collapsible strata consisting of soil clay sand moorum gravel boulder, rock etc.
