SCHEDULE 'A' SECTION -XI (MISC WORKS)

(INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORKS)

Supply and fixing down light LED fitting 30 watts high efficient IP 65 wellglass luminaire with AL Die cast heat sink body having potnetial of saving >60% energy with option of clear diffuser, fixed to ceiling with suitable size of nut, bolts and washers etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fixing of GI pipe bracket made out of GI pipe light grade 32 mm dia and bend to shape 1.5 mtr long MS clamps made out of MS flat iron of size 32 mm x 4mm thick with nuts & bolts, washers complete including dismantling the existing GI pipe bracket and drilling of holes for nuts & bolts etc all as specified and directed.

ROAD, PATH AND HARDSTANDING WORKS

Material and labour for providing and marking 2mm thick broken centre line/ slide lines/ Zebra lines, dashes, arrows etc. on road pavement and the like of any description and width with thermoplastic paint and glass beeds hot applied with machine conforming to BS-3265 and according to the specification laid down by IRC and MOST (Ministry of Surface Transport) specification 2001 (4th revision) complete all as specified and directed. Make of paint:- 3M/VERTEX/JCC

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY WORKS

Supply and fixing energy saving LED street light fitting 35 watt made up of pressure die cast housing with toughened glass and high power LEDs with option of secondary optic with IP 65 protection external SPD product No. LSTS-36-CDL-M of crompton or equivalent as mentined in Appendix -'B-1'

Supply and fix junction box of size 250x 200x 100mm incluidng one No MCB, 240 V, 6 Amp, Single phase busbar/ terminal all as speciifed and and directed.

Supply and fixing and drawing through steel tubular pole PVC sheathed multistranded copper conductor cable, single core of size 1.5 Sqmm with two run from junction box on pole MCB SP to security light fitting all as directed.

Material and labour for boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by mechnical technology using sound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fabricate GI bracket made out of galavanised pipe light grade 32mm bore 1.5 mtr length bend to shape for fixing street light fittings all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS

Cutting the existing 150mm dia CI/ GI pipe line for and including insertion of tee 150x 150x 40mm including jointing and testing etc complete all as specified and directed.

FIRE HYDRANTS WORKS

Material and labour for construction valve pit brick masonry size cm 90cm x 90cm x 90cm (internal dimension) including necessary excavation earth work PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 brick work in CM 1:4, internal plaster in CM 1:4, size of angle 40x40x6mm both for frame and cover MS sheet 3mm thick for cover duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer (for pipe 80mm) complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting of existing pipe line 150mm dia and taking out 150/ 100mm dia MS pipe ine connection inserting Tee, bends, collar pieces etc and joining with new pipe line complete all as specified and directed.

WATER COOLER WORKS

Supply and fixing voltage stabilizer for automatic operation,single phase naturally air cooled indoor type with copper wound, designed for input voltage between 170 volts to 250 volts with output voltage stabilized at 230 volt with accuracy of + 2.5% and of capacity 3 KVA with low and high voltage cut off for 2 to 3 minute time delay relay complete all as specified and directed.
