SUB HEAD-I 1. Operation and all inclusive comprehensive maintenance of all the electromechanical services in TE Building at Sector -19 Noida as per inventories attached in the relevant sections. ( Note :- The total no. of minimum staff required for this building shall be 03 Nos. of unskilled and 01 No. of skilled person per day.)
2. Operation and all inclusive comprehensive maintenance of all the electromechanical services in TE Building at Sector -58 Noida as per inventories attached in the relevent sections. ( Note :- The total no. of minimum staff required for this building shall be 02 Nos. of unskilled and 01 no. of skilled person per day.)
3. Operation and all inclusive comprehensive maintenance of all the electromechanical services in TE Building at Sector -39 Noida as per inventories attached in the relevent sections. ( Note :- The total no. of minimum staff required for this building shall be 02 nos. of unskilled person per day.)
4. Comprehensive maintenance of all the electromechanical services in staff quarters at Sector -40 Noida as per inventories attached in the relevent sections.
SUB HEAD -II 1. Replacement of sealed and maintenance free batteries for fire detection system complete as required. (M/S Exide or SS make) (a) 42 AH
c) 07 AH for HT tripping
2. Replacement of low maintenance battery for E/A sets complete with all accessories as required.( M/S Exide Express or SS make) (a) 180 Ah
3. Servicing of following Engines including replacement of the consumables as recommended by manufacturer such as lub oil filter, fuel filter, by pass filter etc. complete as required. (a) 10K18TA/500 KVA M/S KOEL
(b) 6R1080TA/125 KVA KOEL
(c ) 6R1080T/100 KVA KOEL
(d) 4R1040T/62.5 KVA KOEL
4. Replacement of air filters complete with all elements such as inner / outer element etc. complete as per manufacturers recommendations.(a) 10K18TA/500 KVA M/S KOEL
(b) 6R1080TA/125 KVA KOEL
(c ) 6R1080T/100 KVA KOEL
(d) 4R1040T 62.5 KVA KOEL
5. Providing/ Top up of coolant-inhibitor corrosion as per manufacturers recommendation complete as required.
