CA NO CWEAFJ-37/2026-27 REPAIR AND MAINT OF 66 KV SWITCH YARD AND CONNECTED ITEMS AT AIR FORCE STATION PATHANKOT UNDER GE (AF) PATHANKOT

Comprehensive preventive maintenance of Outdoor 66 kV SF₆ circuit breaker (up to 2000 Amps) comprising complete shutdown, isolation, cleaning of interrupter chamber, support insulators, operating mechanism, mechanism box and foundation, checking and lubrication of all moving parts with OEM approved lubricant, inspection of spring charging mechanism, operating shaft, bearings, cams, levers, auxiliary contacts, anti-pumping device, trip free mechanism, electrical and mechanical interlocks, tightening of all control and power terminals, checking of SF₆ gas pressure, functional operation by manual and electrical means, insulation resistance measurement, contact resistance test, breaker timing test, operation counter verification, rectification of minor defects, reassembly, testing and commissioning complete including all labour, transportation, T&P, testing instruments, consumables and all incidental works, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, dismantling and replacement of SF₆ gas density monitor assembly suitable for outdoor 66 kV SF₆ Circuit Breaker including pressure gauge, alarm and lockout contacts, mounting accessories and sealing arrangement, complete with removal of defective unit, calibration, leak testing, functional testing, adjustment and commissioning including all labour, transportation, consumables, testing equipment and incidental works, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and charging of high purity SF₆ Gas (99.9% minimum purity) including recovery of existing gas, evacuation of interrupter chamber, moisture removal, vacuum creation, refilling of fresh SF₆ gas up to OEM recommended pressure, leak testing using approved detector, pressure stabilization, recording of gas parameters, testing and commissioning complete including all labour, transportation, gas handling equipment, consumables and incidental works, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of closing coil assembly suitable for 66 kV SF₆ circuit breaker including dismantling of defective coil, installation of new OEM compatible coil, reconnection of control wiring, ferruling, continuity test, insulation resistance test, adjustment of operating mechanism, functional testing and commissioning complete including all labour, transportation, consumables, T&P and incidental works, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of trip coil assembly suitable for 66 kV SF₆ circuit breaker including dismantling of defective coil, installation of new OEM compatible trip coil, reconnection of control wiring, continuity testing, insulation resistance testing, breaker trip verification, functional testing and commissioning complete including all labour, transportation, consumables, testing instruments, tools & plants and incidental works, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of spring charging motor assembly complete with gear box, motor coupling, mounting hardware and accessories suitable for outdoor 66 kV SF₆ circuit breaker including dismantling of defective motor, alignment of new motor, checking of charging cycle, lubrication, testing and commissioning complete including all labour, transportation, consumables, T&P and incidental works, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of auxiliary contact block (minimum 12 NO + 12 NC) suitable for outdoor 66 kV SF₆ Circuit Breaker including dismantling of defective contact block, installation of OEM compatible auxiliary contact assembly, reconnection of all control wiring with ferrules and lugs, continuity testing, insulation resistance measurement, functional testing and commissioning complete including all labour, transportation, consumables, testing instruments, tools & plants and incidental works, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of complete operating mechanism assembly comprising operating shaft, cams, levers, bearings, bushes, connecting rods, linkages, locking arrangement and associated hardware suitable for outdoor 66 kV SF₆ Circuit Breaker, including dismantling of defective assembly, installation, alignment, lubrication, adjustment of opening and closing sequence, breaker timing test, functional testing and commissioning complete including all labour, transportation, consumables, T&P, testing equipment and incidental works, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of mechanical position indicator assembly (OPEN–CLOSE) complete with indication flag, operating linkage, fixing hardware and accessories suitable for outdoor 66 kV SF₆ circuit breaker including dismantling of defective assembly, installation of new assembly, calibration, operational verification, testing and commissioning complete including all labour, transportation, consumables, tools & plants and incidental works, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of manual operating handle assembly complete with locking arrangement, operating shaft, guide bush, retaining hardware and accessories suitable for outdoor 66 kV SF₆ circuit breaker including dismantling of defective handle, installation, adjustment, checking of manual operation, lubrication, functional testing and commissioning complete including all labour, transportation, consumables, tools & plants and incidental works, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
