Dismantling of window(including frame): Dismantling windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter in any size including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking to the appropriate disposal area as per direction of Engineer-in- charge- in all the floor levels

Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions: Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material to the appropriate disposal area as directed, cost including all lead and lift charges etc., complete.- in all the floor levels

Demolishing cement concrete: Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material to the appropriate disposal area as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Demolishing R.C.C. work: Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material to the appropriate disposal area as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling dressed stone work: Dismantling dressed stone work ashlar face stone work, marble work or precast concrete work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable and disposal of unserviceable material to the appropriate disposal area as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

PCC:1:3:6 :Providing and laying in position plain cement oncrete for levelling course for all works in foundation. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed, laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm thickness, well compacted using plate vibrators, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, labour, Usage charges of machineries, curing, and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications.- Mix 1:3:6 (M10) using 20mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates.

Coursed rubble masonry : Providing Coursed rubble masonry (second sort) with hard stone in foundation & plinth with Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding and curing, usage charges of machinery etc complete as per specifications

Filling available excavated earth: Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in sides of foundations up to plinth in layers of not exceeding 20cms in depth, compacting each deposited layer by ramming after watering with all lead and lift including cost of all labours complete as per specifications.

TMT steel reinforcement: Providing Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-550D or more Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position, binding and anchoring to adjacent members whereever necessary complete as per Design including cost of material, labour, usage charges complete as per specifications. (The laps and wastages shall not be measured separately

RCC M – 20 (CC 1:1.5:3 ) for Beam/lintel: Providing and laying in position Reinforced cement concrete for all Super structures of building, super structure works of bridges upto 3.50 m height. The granite/ trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticisers laid in layers, well compacted using needle vibrators. The cost includes all lead & lifts, cost of all materials, quality confirming to the requirements of relevant IS codes, labour, & formwork Usage charges of machinery, curing and all other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications and excluding cost of steel reinforcement.

15mm thick cement plastering: Providing 15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) including rounding off corners wherever required smooth rendering, providing and removing scaffolding, including cost of materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.- in 5th Floor

20mm thick cement plastering: Providing 20 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) including rounding off corners wherever required smooth rendering, providing and removing scaffolding, including cost of materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete paver block : Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete paver block of approved shape and colour of M -30 grade made of C&D waste by block making machine with vibratory compaction laid in required pattern and including over 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand,filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Vitrified tiles: Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in 600mmx600mm sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, in skirting, riser, treads of steps, with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including grouting of spacer joints as per direction of Engineer in charge.(tiles sample as displayed) In Ground Floor

Polished Granite stone flooring: Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing , curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. ** Polished Granite stone slab Black, Cherry Red, Brown, Cat Eye, River Pink or equivalent.- – in all the floor levels.

Nosing for Granite slab: Providing half nosing for 18mm thick granite slab using required machinery including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour for all items of work, HOM of equipment, necessary scaffolding etc., complete as per specification. - Square meter

MS Grill: Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars as per approved design, drawing including cutting steel sections and welding the same to required pattern with a coat of red lead primer of zinc chromate, cost of materials, fixtures, labour and HOM of machinery complete as per specifications.

Stick type structural glazing: Providing fabricating and fixing of stick type structural glazing using Aluminium Extrusions of 63.5mm x58.00mm x2.25mm of 1.73kgs/mt for vertical and horizontal members and 63.5mm x 38.1x1.33mm of 0.759kg/Mtr as outer frame with Electro Anodized paint coated block finishing, using 6mm thick imported glass reflective hard coated ocean blue raw glass with all necessary accessories like ultra glass silicon sealant of space tape, masking tape, galvanized Anchor bolt, machine screws, 6mm MS galvanized L Brackets, structural sealent setting clocks, fasteners, wall connection etc., complete.

Aluminium work for Partition: Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. 5mm thick Glass for aluminium work: Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge With float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/m²) including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications.

Prelaminated particle board: Providing and fixing 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS: 12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminium doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer-in- charge: Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Brass Mortice latch door: Providing and fixing chromium plated brass 100 mm mortice latch and lock with 6 levers and a pair of lever handles of approved quality with necessary screws etc. complete.

Hydraulic door closer: Providing and fixing aluminium die cast body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISI, IS: 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 35 kg and door width upto 700 mm), with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete

Brass Tower bolts: Providing and fixing bright finished brass tower bolts (barrel type) with necessary screws etc. complete : 250x10mm

Primer Coat wall surface: Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content. Acrylic emulsion paint – in two coats: Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :Two coats on new work after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Exterior emulsion paint: Providing and applying in two coats Apex Ultima emulsion paint of Asian make/ equivalent Nerolac/ Berger/ Nitco having anti-fungus and water resistance character, of approved colour and shade, over a base coat of apex primer painting/ equivalent primer including scraping the original surface and rubbing with sand paper of zero size, paints of approved colour, providing and removing scaffolding, cleaning of paint stains etc complete
