DAY TO DAY MAINT OF INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION JCO/OR MD ACCN AT KK VIHAR, BHAGAT ROAD FAFA, RT LINE AND VAJRA COMPLEX UNDER GE (W) JRC

Attending of complaints from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs by deploying electrician along with helpers for checking of existing electrical items including carrying out repairs such as tightening of loose electric connections, nuts, bolts, screws, repair/ replacement of switches, sockets, switch boards ceiling fans/exhaust fan, DB wiring etc as required to make the item functional and to ensure contiunous electric supply complete as specified and directed. Note: (a) Replacement of electric fitting shall be mesured and paid for seperately under respective items (b) Rate quoted deemed to be inclusive of T&P etc. (c) The saftey and insurance of persons/helper engaged in Execution shall be responsibility of contractor. (d) As the Nos of complaints shall be on required basis the financial effect to this is deemed to be included in the rate quoted.

Taking down carefully aluminium / copper point wiring (light / fan / socket or power) while not disturbing existing conduit complete including fitting such as switches, ceiling roses, socket, light fittings, regulators etc complete and making good disturbed surfaces of walls and floors and making good disturbed surfaces of walls and floors and one coat of putty and two coat of distemper as per existing colour complete all as directed.

Taking down sub main/PVC Cable wiring of two single core PVC cable PVC insulated 4 / 6 sqmm including conduit or wooden batten and remove from the site of work and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall or floor etc. and making good disturbed surfaces of walls and floors and one coat of putty and two coat of distemper as per existing colour complete all as directed.

Taking down main switch / DB and making good the disturbed surface and making good disturbed surfaces of walls and floors and one coat of putty and two coat of distemper as per existing colour complete all as directed .

M&L for point wiring with PVC insulated, sheathed cable single core multistranded copper conductor FRLSH cable 1.5 sqmm size, 1100V grade, drawn into existing PVC rigid concealed conduit medium grade (ISI marked) including PVC unsheathed cable single core copper FRLSH conductor 1.5 Sqmm as continuous earth wire and including pressed MS sheet sunken box 1.63 mm thick with 3 mm thick laminated bakelite sheet all as specified. a) One light / fan / call bell point controlled by one, one way switch.

b) All as per Ser item No -5 above but for 5 amps socket on independent board

c) All as per Ser item No- 5 above but for 5 amps socket on same board

All as per ser item No- 5 above but with 2.5 sq mm cable for 15 amps switch socket combination outlet on independent board complete all as specified and directed.
