Removing existing unserviceable nylon/plastic newar from Charpoy GI Pipe, tightening the complete frame of charpoy, boring ten holes in GI pipe and S&F new Plywood 12 mm thick ( 9 ply) of BWR Grade ISI Marked of Size 1990x910mm with 4mm dia 75 mm long shunk type steel Nut with Bolt and washer. Two numbers MS flat iron stiffeners of size (850-880)mmx40mmx5mm thick shall be welded to long rails of GI charpoy in equal distance duly holed in centre for fixing of plywood with 4mm dia 40mm long two numbers shunk type steel nut with bolt and washer to charpoy frame. Each flat iron shall be painted with two coat of synthetic enamel paint (Black) over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and directed . Make of Plywood shall be Archidply (Silvi)/Duro (Duromac)/Centuryply (Sainik) .

Removing/taking down carefully old unserviceable long rail from charpoy GI pipe without damaging the adjoining parts and fixing only new long rail 1890mm long ( or suitable lenth), made out from 32 mm bore GI pipe med grade cut to required length and made to shape by threading both ends upto 22 mm for fixing to elbow of charpoy GI pipe complete all as specified, directed and as shown on drawing. (GI pipe shall be issued under Schedule B)

Cutting old broken serviceable portion of dismantled long rail as obtained from srl item No 2 here-in-before and converted into short rail 02 Nos, threading both ends upto 22 mm for fixing to elbow and charpoy GI pipe including removing/taking down carefully old unserviceable short rail of charpoy GI pipe without damaging the adjoining parts complete all as specified and directed .

Cutting old broken serviceable portion of dismantled short rail as obtained from srl item No 3 here-in-before respectively and converted into leg, threading upper ends upto 22 mm for fixing to elbow and charpoy GI pipe including removing/taking down carefully old unserviceable leg from charpoy GI pipe without damaging the adjoining parts complete all as specified and directed .

Removing/taking down carefully old unserviceable elbow from charpoy GI pipe without damaging the adjoining parts and providing new 3 way galvanised iron elbow medium grade ISI marked suitable for 32mm bore GI pipe and fixing to charpoy GI pipe complete all as specified, directed and as shown on drawing.

S& F circular MS plates of size 50x3mm thick to bottom of leg of charpoy GI pipe all as per sample approved by GE complete all as specified ,directed and shown on drawing .

M&L for preparation of old steel surface of chair verandah (MAP) and welding loose joints, if any including de-rusting the surface and painting with one coat of synthetic enamelled paint white colour (1st Grade Quality) and fixing PVC seat and back 4mm thick with weight not less than 1.85 kg and grooves 90x10mm 10 Nos on seat and back of approved quality ,complete all as specified and directed and shown on drawing ..(Make Amko/cello). S&F of flat iron stiffener of size 25mmx5mm thick beneath the seat of chair verandah(MAP) of suitable lenth to support the seat of chair verandah(MAP) duly painted with two coat of synthetic enamel paint white colour(1st Gde quality) over a coat of Red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed

S&F hard rubber/PVC shoe suitable for chair verandah(MAP) of approved quality, all as specified and directed.
