Boring with hydraulic piling rigs with power units, providing and installing cast in situ single under reamed piles of specified diameter and length below pile cap in M-25 cement concrete, to carry a safe working load not less than specified, excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of boring with bentonite solution and the length of the pile to be embedded in pile cap etc. all complete. (Length of pile for payment shall be measured upto to the bottom of pile cap) : 300 mm dia piles.DSR-20.3.1

Vertical load testing of piles in accordance with IS 2911 (Part IV) including installation of loading platform by Kentledge method and preparation of pilehead or construction of test cap and dismantling of test cap after test etc.complete as per specification & the direction of Engineer in-charge. Note: 1. Initial and Routine Load Test shall not be carried out by Dynamic method of testing. Single pile upto 50 tonne Safe capacity. Initial test (Test Load 2.5 times the Safe capacity) DSR-20.6.1.1

Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete. as per DSR.No. 2.25 (a)

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete. as per DSR no 2.27

Diluting and injecting chemical emulsion for POST-CONSTRUCTIONAL anti-termite treatment (excluding the cost of chemical emulsion) Treatment of soil under existing floors using chemical emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300 mm apart including drilling 12 mm diameter holes and plugging with cement mortar 1 :2 (1 cement : 2 Coarse sand) to match the existing floor: With Chlorpyriphos/Lindane E.C. 20% with 1% concentration as per DSR No. 2.35.3.1

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-lll) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) DSR- 4.1.3
