M&L for dismantling water tanks of capacity exc 500 but not exc 1000 litres complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved in plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in CM (1:6) using old size bricks complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No 17 here-in-before but except bricks.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrte surfaces of any description, and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrte surfaces of any description, and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply & fix in repairs vitreous china wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern) white (excluding flushing cistern), PVC connection 450mm long and 15mm dia ,PTMT nuts of length 450mm, plastic water closet sheet cover white, closed pattern with flat bottom, with mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device and including mild steel chromium plated jet fixed to water closet with 360mm wide x 390mm high and 415 to 445mm long flexible pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs vitreous china wash basin, white, flat back, size 550 x 450 mm excluding taps, waste, chain & plug and porcelain stopper but including brackets, 32 mm bore waste coupling, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs PVC valveless, symphonic action type, flushing cistern low level, white with inlet ball valve, float valve and handle including brackets 10 ltrs capacity fixed including flush pipe of polyethylene of low and high density of PVC 32 mm for low level cistern all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving n. exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection / hard standing and finished the surfaces even and smooth with out using extra cement all as directed by Engineer in charge.

Material & labour for 60mm thick non skid pre polished coloured interlocking paver block made with electro vibro technology with rubber/ PVC moulded of not less than compresive strength 30 Kg/Cm and shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment over 25mm thick dry sand cushioning including with dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.The Interlocking Paver blocks shall be procured directly from one of the Manufacturers specified. Note:-The sample shall be got approved from the GE before bulk procurement and lots shall be got tested independently by the GE.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling/ china moisac including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing rubbish off outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick screed bed or beding layer in cement mortor 1:4 complete all as complete all as specified and directed.

M&L non skid ceramic tiles coloured pattern as required of 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L non skid ceramic tiles coloured pattern as required of 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L johnson endura paving tiles of technocommercial of size 300x300x10mm thick set and joined in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement to match complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for 10mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) on brick masonary or concrete surfaces other than fair faces of brick finished rough to receive tiles complete all as specified

M&L glazed ceramic coloured (plain or printed), tiles in 450 x 350 x 6-7 mm thick on vertical surfaces such as dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material & labour for granite (of any type) work, 18 to 20mm thick machine cut (table rubbed and polished) in steps jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms, shelves in cupboard, handwash places and like including necessary cutting and grooving to walls and making good including 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) screed bed or bedding layer and pointing with cement mortar (1:2) with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for 18-20mm thick machine cut kota stone slab 550mmx550mm/600mmx600mm laid in floors, slabs and steps etc jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of the slab including cutting, rubbuing and polishing over and including screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed. Note - Kota stone for step shall be in single piece.

Supply & fix in repairs fancy type 15mm bore brass central hole, sink and wall CP mixer for mixing hot & cold water screwed down for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 15 mm PVC bib tap with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in repairs stop cock fancy type chromium plated 15mm bore, cast copper alloy, screwed down with high pressure with crutch or butterfllly handles, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for brass ferrule or to GI socket, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix stop valve/angle valve 15mm bore, cast copper alloy, screwed down high pressure with crutch or butterfllly handles, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for brass ferrule or to GI socket complete all as specified and direct.

S&F in repair 15 mm bib tap ( fancy type) , cast copper alloy chromium plated with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge .

S&F in repair 15 mm dia chromium plated Wall Mixer Telephonic with Crutch (Provision for hand shower) and complete set of hand shower complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair 15 mm dia CP Central Hole Basin Mixer without Pop-up waste system complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in repairs PTMT shelf fixed with chromium plated brass screws and wooden/plastic cleats complete all as specified and directed. (Minimum weight 300 grams)

S&F in repair sink with drainage board made of stainless steel 1mm thick kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers and wastes; including bedding in cement mortar to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe overall size 915mm x 460mm bowl size 410mm x 330mm x160mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair sink made of stainless steel 1mm thick kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers and wastes; including bedding in cement mortar on to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe, overall size 495mm x 420mm bowl size 410mm x 330mm x 160mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in repairs stainless steel kitchen plate rack made out of 1mm thick stainless steel of size 1200 x 900 x 180mm with shelves and plate partition of pattern as approved by engineer-in-charge, fixed to wall by means of four nos rawal plugs complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix in repairs ball valve brass high pressure with polythene float and fly nut complete screwed for 15mm bore dia of iron pipe or brass ferrule complete all as specified

Supply & fix in repairs ball valve brass high pressure with polythene float and fly nut complete screwed for 20mm bore dia of iron pipe or brass ferrule complete all as specified

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes etc. of capacity exc 250 ltr and n. exc. 500 ltr with and including disconnecting the tank and refixing in position with necessary assesories such as long screws,check nuts, unions, elbows etc required to make it functional to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in -charge.
