Supply and fix junction box size not less than 280x 170x 130mm made of UPVC with aluminium bus bar of 50Ams for phase and neutral on porclein based installation fixed on pole with help of MS nut bolts MS clamps 2 Nos not less than of size 40mm x 4mm fuse with one No MCB SP 6 Amp capacity mounted on rail inside box work also includes making suitable hole in pole to take out connection to fitting if required at site complete all as specified and as directed.

SMART PREPAID METER Design, installation, testing, commissioning, integrate and maintain the Advanced metering infrastructure (AMI) Comprising of following:- (a) Supply, installation, testing, commissioning of smart meter AC single phase, two wire, 240 volts, 50Hz, 10 to 60 amps of different makes (not more than 33% of a particular make to ensure interchangeability at a later date as per BIS 16444 with communication technology including GPRS / RF / Hybrid (GPRS+RF) any other advanced technology as per CEA/TRAI regulations). (b) Supply / planning / setup/ tuning of RF communication infrastructure including Network Management (NMS) & Head End system (HES) for the project area. AMI software and associated equipment should be capable of handling atleast 10000 number of meters of different makes as per BIS 16444 with 25% expansion without any additional infrastructure and cost implication to MES. (c) Supply and setup of Meter Data Management (MDM) System. (d) Integration of different devices of different makes/equipment/softwares covered in scope of this project with each other as per functional requirement, including water charges, furniture and license fee.

(e) Integration/ interface of the AMI system with application system like metering/billing/collection, interface has to be provided in the proposed solution to upload and process meter data from these systems. (f) Server for housing and management of supplied software application with Standby server (OR) hosting the system to government community cloud in place of server for hosting and management of supplied software application with standby server. (g) Planning, deployment & tuning of communication system including cellular network (if required) to meet the performance requirements. (h) Business intelligence, Analytics and Reporting. (j) Taking down & Return of dismantled materials to MES Store. (k) Training and knowledge transfer. (l) All expenditure including periodic charges of telecom operator from installation till completion.
