M&L for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3Kg/Sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/Sqm laid over primed surface including bitumnious primer conforming to IS -3384 applied @ 0.3 ltrs/Sqm by forced application over finished with one coat of aluminium paint @ 100 ml/Sqm, 10 CM overlap fused uniformly by LPG torch flame, including rendering 10mm thick in cm 1:4 on concrete surfaces of roofs, parapet etc. finishing to surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement and provinding necessary slope with using approved WPC @ 200 ml per 50Kg bag of cement complete including taking down existing roof treatment and cement plaster of any description, roughing, preparing the surface by cleaning the surface with wire brushing scrubbing down with water to receive new treatment all as specified and directed. (NOTE : Supply of WPC will be paid under the respective Item)

Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with and making good in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete on roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work etc complete all as spfd and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof padding finished even and smooth using extra cement with WPC @ 3% of wieght of cement complete all as specifed and directed.

S&F for 110 mm PVC (SWR) pipes as in spout/ rain water pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall including taking down existing pipe complete all as specified.

S&F in repair PVC (SWR) bends any radius 110 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exc 500 ltr & n exc 1000 ltr, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as spfd and directed.
