M & L for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls, cornices etc by washing down, brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down, smoke soot, moulds, moss effloresence salts and trading oil and greasy spots complete removal and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for cutting out cracks (not exc 5mm) to V-section in existing wall/chajjas and cleaning out and filling up with crack seal including necessary scaffoldings complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Removal of plant growth by injection with chemical glyphospate solution ( 4 % conceneration ) @ 20ml or till refuse by cutting or injection in stem of plants or roots at 30mm. The area shall then be sprayed with solution 25ml glyphosphate ( 4% concent) dulited with 1 ltr of water. All roots / plants shall be removed completely and making good the distrubed surface and painted with cement base or acrylic paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old/new decorated wooden surfaces of any description not other wise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement or lime mortar including all quoints, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks, built in CM 1 : 6, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius on plan complete all as specified and directed.
