SPECIAL REPAIR FOR REPLACEMENT OF CONVENTIONAL EARTHING IN TECH AREA AND PROVN OF DRAIN OPENING WITH METALLIC GRILL NEAR RUNWAY AT AF STN GWALIOR

Supply & Installation of Advance encapsulated compound based CPRI tested maintenance free, pipe-in- pipe technology upgraded (Zinc & Alloy Coated), ZINC COATED (80-100) microns with pure Zinc(99.9%) & ALLOY COATING ( 250)microns. Earthing System confirming IS 3043.The outer and inner pipe should be 113mm (wall thickness of 3.2 mm) & 48mm (wall thickness of 2.6mm) dia duly tested by CPRI, 3mtrs Length, Zinc coated with additional special Alloy coating 300mm on the topside for additional protection of the Terminal. A groundbreaking corrosion crystalline conductive compound (CCC) is filled and compaced in the cavity within the pipes to enhance the electrodes performance i.e the pipes should not disintegrate or collapse when outer corrodes. The innder pipe should be extended with terminals for connectivity. The job includes digging the pits and refilling the same by BARON conductolite back fill compound (Ground Enhancer), the BFC should be eco friendly it should not contain environmentally hazardous material / metal having ROHS, certification from NABL accredited lab. The earth pit should be provided with a FRP or polyplastic earth pit of size not less than top (563 mm x 403 mm), bottom (673 mm x 495 mm ) and height (315mm) alongiwth PCC 1:2:4 inside and outside of pit cover for protection and safe guard of terminals. Soil near earth pit not less than 1 mtr diameter shall excavated and mixed with BFC 4 bags of each 25 Kgs conductolite & teriion 10 Kg for installation of earth electrode including provision and laying of copper flat strip 32 x 6 mm from earth electrode to test point directly in HDPE Pipe of suitable dia without any joint between test point to earth terminal. The burried conductor copper is to be covered by 50 mm thick layer of Conductolite for additional protection of conductors & better conductivity to lower the resistivity of soil & bring down earth resistance complete including dismantling of old earthing all as specified and directed. Make : Ashlok Model No ASEEL 503 113 Z 100 PIP (Zinc & alloy coating) or equivalent in INDELEC, ERICO, MACMATE, MARCONITE .

M&L for Earthing of Equipment complete with Copper earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6 mm thick , buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to Copper earth strip 32 x 6 mm thick by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of brass or HS steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 connected to earthing test point and and protected by galvanised iron pipe light grade 15 mm dia upto a length of 7.5 m away from earth electrode and connected to main switch/control board including necessary excavation & earth work in any type of soil and PCC 1:3:6 type C1 for earth chamber, 40 mm thick RCC cover slab 1:2:4 type B1 with 6 mm dia TMT Bars at 140 mm c/c both ways, watering pipe 20 mm dia light grade GI, funnel, wire mesh, lugs, charcoal and common salt etc complete all as shown in Electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I and testing complete including taking down the old unserviceable earthing complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Copper strip and GI pipe medium grade, up to 7.5mtr shall be deemed to be included in the rates quoted for earthing. (ii) Excavation and earth work in any type of soil strata shall be deemed to be included in rates quoted for earthing.

M&L for Earthing complete for panels with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate, not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron earth strip of size 32x6 mm using bolts, nuts/check nuts and washers etc of galvanised iron, connected to main switch/control board including necessary excavation & earth work in any type of soil and PCC 1:3:6 type C1 for earth chamber, 40 mm thick RCC cover slab 1:2:4 type B1 with 6 mm dia TMT Bars at 140 mm c/c both ways, watering pipe 20 mm dia light grade GI, funnel, wire mesh, lugs, charcoal and common salt etc complete all as shown in Electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I and testing complete including taking down old unserviceable items complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) GI strip and GI pipe medium grade, up to 7.5mtr shall be deemed to be included in the rates quoted for earthing. (ii) Excavation and earth work in any type of soil strata shall be deemed to be included in rates quoted for earthing.

S & F in repair for test point termination blok of size 75mm × 75mm × 25mm made of Gum Metal or phospherous bronze drilled and screwed including 3 Nos, 8mm dia 25 mm long hex head screw and box of size 90mm ×90 mm × 90 mm (Made out of 1.6 mm thick plain brass sheet )and screwed to wall for protection of test point complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair for Copper strip 20 x 3 mm thick with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors with rubber & bitumen washer & fixed to porcelain insulator on wall for down conductor complete all as specified and directed

S & F in repair for GI Strip 32 x 6mm thick buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in repair for Copper strip 32 x 6 mm thick with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors with rubber & bitumen washer & fixed to porcelain insulator on wall for down conductor complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing porcelain vitreous white/brown/green spacers insulator of size 75mmx35mmx40mm height complete with one number galvanized iron stud bolts 6mm dia x 40mm long including nut & washers and two number galvanized iron fixing bolts of size 6mm dia and 50 mm long including washers and drilling holes for holding /fixing aluminium strip/roof conductor as required including taking down the broken insulator complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F GI tubes 'light grade' ISI marked with all fitting complete to fix at roof slab / Wall / Pavement / PCC of the building of size 50 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.
