(B-44/1.8) Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator)/ manual means over areas (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including taking out the excavated soil and depositing and refilling of jhiri with watering & ramming and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed with in a lead of 50 meter. All kinds of soils.

(B-54/3.1.6) Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing compaction etc. of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering; All up to plinth level, 1:4:8 (1-Cement:4-coarse sand:8-graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

(B-69/6.1.6) Random Rubble stone masonry for with hard stone in foundation and plinth in Cement Sand mortar above 30 CM thick wall in: Cement Mortar 1:6 ( 1-Cement : 6-Sand).

(B/3.2.5) Providing and laying cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, levelling course etc up to floor five level excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. M10 grade Nominal Mix 1: 3: 6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

(B-61/4.9) Centering and shuttering with plywood or steel sheets including strutting, propping, bracing both ways and removal of formwork for foundations in basements rafts, footings, strap beams, bases of columns, etc.

(B-139/12.3.1) Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:6 including racking of joint etc. complete fine finished: 25 mm thick.

(B-56/3.8) Providing & fixing precast cement concrete coping 1:2:4 mix 50 mm thick complete as per specification.

(B-98/9.2) Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections,trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting (height upto 10 m) , fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

(B-104/9.38.3) Providing and fixing welded mesh/expanded metal mesh in frame work, flat iron beading 20x3mm including top cross laps inside and out sides welding, iron bolts, crews, clips etc. complete (excluding frame work) of size. Welded mesh 25mm x 25mm x 2.1mm.

(B-146/12.46.1) Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: Two or more coats on new work.
