Comprehensive maintenance of 08 passenger(544 kg.) electrically operated passenger lift service to ground + 2 floors with fully automatic door with V3F drivn system at 251 SU building etc complete all as specified and directed. Make of lift Johnson

Comprehensive maintenance of 08 passenger(544 kg.) electrically operated passenger lift service to ground + 4 floors with fully automatic door with V3F drivn system at ATC building etc complete all as specified and directed. Make of lift Johnson Note for item 1,2&3:- (i)The entire work mentioned at item No. 1, 2 & 3 including comprehensive, preventive and periodical maintenance of lifts/ elevators shall be got executed through OEM such as M/S Johnson Lifts Pvt. Ltd. The contractor shall submit the hard copy of MOU for AMC with lifts manufacuturer to the deptt before commencement of workfor 11 months on stamp paper. (ii) Contractor shall deploy trained trademen directly employed and supervised by OEM or reputed firm. The trademen shall be quailifed to keep equipment properly and take care to maintain the elevators equipment in proper and safe operating condition. (iii) Contractor/OEM shall regularly and systematically examine, adjust, lubricate as required all elevator parts such as gear, motor, controller, V3F drive, lift cabin and all connected parts of lift and make them functional. (iv) Contractor shall attend the break downs immeadiately on receipt of complaints verbal or written by User/JE/Engr-in-charge. (v) In case of emergency, contracor shall attend to the break down within 12 hours, faiiling which a panel recovery of Rs 2000/- will be made from contractors dues. (vi) Contractor shall provide all safety equipments to his tradesmen for their safety while working on lifts/cranes and with all electrical equipments without any extra cost to department. (vii) Contractor/OEM rep shall periodically equalize the tension on the hoisting to maintain an adequate factor of safety. (viii) Contractor shall examine periodically all safety devices and make monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly safety tests as per OEM recommendedation. Monthly report to be submitted the concern GE office.

(ix) Any number of complains attend shall deemed to be quoted rates. (x) The detailed lift mechnic of the firm shall report to the JE concerned at the lift complaint cell for receiving the compliants at round the clock daily including sunday and holiday. (xi) Cost of minor spare parts/ rountine material reuired for above mentioned maintenace is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. No additional cost of spares is admissible for the above maintenance. Decision of the accepting officer shall be final & binding regarding minor spares/routine material. (xii) The following routine materials required for above mentioned maintenance is deemed to be included in the qouted rate, decision of the accepting officer shall be final. (a) PCB contactors, transformers,chock and other controller component (b) VVVF drive (c) Rollers, Bearings, salenoids coils (d) Relays in controller, Push button, indiactors, door contacts (e) Push buttons, Limit switches (f) Brake shoe, Liners (g) Contacts, magnetic switches, magnets (h) Door motor& Drive, encoder (j) Car door safety device, infrared screen (k) Governor, Interlocks on hoist way doors, Motors, Ropes, Travelling cable, Repairing of ARD unit.

S&F car cabin fan suitable for lift LH6092 LD2518 and LE3171 as per existing shape size and capacity complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for servicing thoroughly of EOT cranes of 2 ton capacity with replacement of unserviceable parts/items after taking down complete including load testing for satisfactorily working of cranes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge . Note: (i) Major Parts/items which shall be replaced shall be measured and paid seperately in relevant item harein after.

M&L for servicing thoroughly of EOT cranes of 10 ton capacity with replacement of unserviceable parts/items after taking down complete including load testing for satisfactorily working of cranes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge . M&L for servicing thoroughly of HOT/TLTS cranes of 1 ton capacity with replacement of unserviceable parts/items after taking down complete including load testing for satisfactorily working of cranes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge . Note: (i) Major Parts/items which shall be replaced shall be measured and paid seperately in relevant item harein after.

M&L checking of over head cranes any size,type , capacity and location for functioning of motors, unusual noise and nut bolt washers etc including testing for smooth functioning and inform Engr in Charge for repair if required complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Contractor shall provide all safety equipments to his tradesmen for their safety while working on cranes and with all electrical equipments without any extra cost to the department.
