Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (with out taking off shutter from frames) for windows not exc 1.5 sqm each and making good of disturbed surfaceto match the existing surface complete all as spcefied and directed

All as per item No. 1.00 here in above but exc 1.5 sqm but not exc 4.00 sqm each for doors.

Taking down shutter of any description exc 1.00 sqm and not exc 2.00 sqm each complete all as specified and directed .

Taking down shutter of any description exc 1.00 sqm and not exc 2.00 sqm each refixing after easing down etc., complete all as specified and directed

S&F 125 x 60mm size of pressed steel frame for door with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, lock striking plates,hinges etc. complete size /profile of frame as per IS complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 105x60mm size of pressed steel frame for door with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, lock striking plates,hinges. complete size /profile of frame as per IS complete ball as specified and directed.

S&F steel windows (Glazed & Guazed Shutter) with side hung hung shutters including projecting type hinges with steel handles,andsteel peg stay , complete with glazing bars complete with dove tailed or welded including one coat of red oxide primer all as specified & directed.Specification as per SSR Pt-I Sub b(I)

S&F Framed work such as grills, gratings etc, with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; (square or round bar)barred iron doors and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix steel ventilators with top hung shutters including hinges with steel handle and steel peg stay complete with glazing bars, dovetailed or welded including one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Flush shutters 30mm thick, solid core construction, with block board core and ply wood face panels, commercial type on both sides complete.

Rolled mild steel in Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete - S & F - Fe 410 -W (Gde-E-250) quality-A

Supply and fix 35 mm thick second class hard wood rail and style plain framed panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm BWP commerical ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour second class hard wood 35 mm thick glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc., with out sash bars, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc, sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR part I section 8 clause 8.20 (a) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for solid PVC door frame of size 50 X 47mm made out of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, supplied and fixing in opening as specified and shown on drawing made on section 8 of SSR 2004 Part-II complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix factory made solid PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rails, MS frame covered with heat moulded plain coloured PVC 'C' channel having PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail. Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement, fixed in the frame at site as per specificaitons and drawings as shown in SSR Part-II, serial page No.156 to 163.

Supply and fix butt hinges, medium weight, cold rolled mild steel 100 mm long complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 100 mm long aluminium handle ,cast type ,anodised complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 125 mm long aluminium handle ,cast type ,anodised complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 100 mm long mild steel barrel tower bolts of etruded section and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.19 above here in above but 150 mm long.

Supply and fix Aluminium alloy, anodised,sliding door bolt 300 mm long with hasp,staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast-aluminium alloy and fixedcomplete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix of 300mm long mild steel, ordinary rat tail rod pattern springs including roller and roller plate complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 2nd class hard wood small fittings such as brackets of any type, latch and hinge blocks, shaped door and window stops and the like including all necessary labours articles n.exc 200 cucm. each complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description)from metal frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips and providing and fixing new one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 3.00 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in squares not exc 0.5 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aprature 1.40mm and fixed with stinless steel wire staple complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixin repair for stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm and fixed with tinned tacks or galvanised wire staples complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for prepration of new wooden surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer of any description over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

Total contract sum shall be calculated after deduction of schedule of credit amount of Rs. 12,400.00
