Supply, install and commissioning of Factory assembled Silent DG set with AMF panel of capacity 500 KVA, 1500 RPM, Turbo Charged, water cooled comprising of suitable Engine with microprocessor based Genset controller with silencer and canopy for soundless mode (sound level not exc level specified by central pollution control board) and alternator both mounted on a common base frame conforming to ISO-3046/BS-5514 and IS-10002 rated for 415 volts 50 cycles, 0.8 Power factor (PF) complete with residential silencer, AVM pads, battery with its leads, first fill of lub oil and all engine accessories such as self starter, alternator/dynamo with suitable coupling and base frame on foundation as recommended by the manufacturer and consisting of other electrical components and maintenance free battey including suitable size of copper cable lead with terminal, all mounting accessories complete all as specified and directed comprising with the following. A. Engine (a) Vertical inline multicylinder, cold starting in accordance with BS-5514/IS-10002 at 1500 RPM including the following accessories :-

(i) Fuel tank (Suitable for capacity for minimum 12 Hrs run). (ii) Fuel filter (Ore & Micro). (iii) Fuel feed pump (Inline mono block/PT type) with governor. (iv) Lub oil filter. (v) Lub oil cooler. (vi) Dry type/ Oil bath type air cleaner. (vii) Exhaust Silencer (Industrial type). (viii) Radiator, Radiator fan & mounting. (ix) Fly wheel with starting ring. (x) Expansion bellows. (xi) Exhaust gas turbocharger. (xii) 24 Volt electric starter with 02 No maintenance free battery of suitable capacity. (xiii) Battery charging alternator (xiv) Engine control panel consisting with ON/OFF Start Key, Lub oil pressure guage, Battery charging ammeter, Coolant temp gauge, RPM Meter etc. (xv) Suitable flexible coupling

ALTERNATOR (i) Alternator, 3 phase, 415 Volts, 50 Hzs, 0.8 PF, 1500 RPM self excited, self regulated, screen profected, drip proof alternator of capacity 500 KVA conforming to BSS 5000 (part 99) with insulation class "H", single bearing and automatic voltage regulator accessories ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE (i) Acoustic enclosure as per latest CPCB norms . (ii) Air inlet louvers specially designed to operate at rated load even at 50 deg C air inlet temp. (iii) Powder coated for long lasting service life and superior finish. (iv) Insulation material meets exacting IS 8183. ACCESSORIES (i) Base frame fabricated from CRCA sheet of suitable thickness as per manufacturer's design. (ii) Storage battery of suitable capacity as per manufacturer's instruction mounted on angle iron frame of suitable size as directed.

CONTROL PANEL (a) The Genset controller as per manufacturers/ OEM design complete with internal wiring, bus bar etc and fitted with the following accessories :- (i) MCCB of suitable capacity as per OEM – 01 No (ii) Digital Ammeter – 01 No (iii) Digital Voltmeter 3 Ph 415 volts – 01 No (iv) Indicating lamps (LED type) (R-Y-B) – 01 set AMF PANEL (a) The AMF panel shall be separate panel outside of Acoustic enclosure and made of CRCA sheet duly fabricated and powder coated and complete with internal wiring, bus bar etc and fitted with the following accessories :- (i) MCCB of suitable capacity as per OEM - 02 Nos (ii) Contactor of suitable capacity as per OEM - 02 Nos (iii) Digital Ammeter with suitable CT of size as per OEM (iv) Digital Voltmeter 3 Ph 415 volts as per OEM (v) Indicating lamps (LED type) (R-Y-B) – 01 set (vi) Relay, timer and other acessories as per manufacturer.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 500 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 400 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as directed.

S & F Load change over switch 415V in sheet metal enclosures 4 pole of capacity 630 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for excavating in trenches in soft/loose soil n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc n exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out as soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed

M & L for returning filling in and including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed

M & L for removing excavated material n exc 50 m and depositing where directed at level n exc 1.5 m above the staring point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand cushioning (dry sand) to under ground cable for cable protection in layers of 23cm thick ( 8 cm thick before laying of cable and 15cm thick after laying of cable) in trenches complete all as specified & directed. Note:- Only puned layers shall be measured.

Supply and laying unreinforced pre cast concrete cable cover class LV type 1 flat size 250 x 150 x 40 mm for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.
