Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete or stone wall surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in two layer on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls consisting of 1st layer of 10mm thick plaster in CM (1:6) and 2nd layer (setting coat or top layer) of 5 mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound (ISI marked) @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished fair & even, complete, all as specified. (Note : - Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately)

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on internal faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic tiles coloured /printed tiles of size 450mmx350mm / 350mmx250mm x 6 to 7 mm thick setting & jointed with neat cement slurry as in dado, skirting etc and pointed with coloured cement to match with surface of tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic tiles (coloured) 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm as in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic tiles (coloured) 7 to 8mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm as in dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 18 to 20mm thick Granite (of any type) slab of approved shade as in flooring, platform etc, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match with shade of Granite stone including cutting, grinding and polishing (mirror polish i.e. full granite polish as per local trade practice) complete, all as specified & directed.

M&L for Applying evenly tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 Kg per Sqm in patches including cleaning surface complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
